We had a few 'scheduling' conflicts, but since we were not in a hurry, this was not a problem. When we finally got together, Guy and Provider name locked. efficiently changed the sink faucets and advised us that the problem we had with the shower was caused by the shower head itself (which we changed ourselves later in the day).

Provider name locked. was very professional and very punctual. Though he was booked for a while and we had to wait longer than we had wanted to, I was impressed by his professionalism and the thorough quote that he sent us. He arrived right on time on the scheduled day.
The work at the electrical panel was very tidy, and the receptacle and disconnect he installed adjacent to the dishwasher was done well and according to Code. So far, so good.
We were hoping to have a very standard, solid white laminate countertop installed that would coordinate with our existing cabinetry and appliances. Provider name locked. told us, erroneously, that it was unavailable locally, but that he might be able to source some from Ikea in Provider name locked. . Or, we were told, he could fabricate a box and countertop out of solid white melamine. At the time, I was more interested in function than looks and longevity, so I told him the cheaper material would be fine. Only four months later, I started to regret my choice. The edges of the melamine are already starting to wear away. The front of the custom-built countertop is not flush with the existing countertop, which has created an uneven, DIY look. Moreover, the price for the job utilizing shabbier, lower-grade material was no lower because of the time Provider name locked. spent to fabricate the box.
The worst part was that the carpenter we later hired to install wall and base cabinets told us (correctly) that standard white laminate countertops are readily available at Lowe's on Battleground Ave (we ended up buying them there), and items not available at the store could easily be ordered from Rugby Architectural Products in Kernersville. These were installed without a hitch, and we will most likely tear away Provider name locked. 's countertop to install the matching product sometime in the future.
But back to Provider name locked. 's work. I certainly appreciated the fact that he stayed late into the evening to get the job done (he had gone out a couple times during the day for materials). However, there was no further contact after the job was completed and paid for; I would have appreciated a brief call to see how things were going a week or so after the work was performed. Though he was exceptionally prompt and professional, being 100% incorrect about product availability (which Provider name locked. to a Provider name locked. -like, mismatched look in our kitchen) left a not-so-great taste in our mouths.
To sum up, I would recommend Provider name locked. for punctuality, courtesy, and professionalism. But for price and overall workmanship, I would hesitate to sing their praises.

We'd been having issues with the water in our house being much Provider name locked. than normal. After several days of this, I Googled the issue and it was suggested that there could be an issue with the thermostat. Checked Angie's List for plumbers and Provider name locked. and Sons was the first I called. Spoke with Provider name locked. on the phone and he suggested that I lower the temp on the thermostat. When I went out the water heater to do that, I discovered a not-so-minor leak. I turned the water off, called Provider name locked. back in a panic and he came out maybe an hour later.
He replaced the old unit with a State Select water heater, had to put on the expansion tank to bring it up to code, as well as replace some valves, and seals, and hoses related to the gas and water lines. Because the tank was taller than the old one, he had to basically rebuild the vent that runs from the top of the unit to the exterior of the room. He worked alone and it took him the better part of 5 hours to complete the job. He cleaned up the floor of the storage room when he was done and took away the old water heater, the enormous empty box, etc. He walked me through how to adjust the thermostat and how to relight the pilot light. Imagine my surprise that the new water heater actually came with an instruction manual!
I would not hesitate to recommend Provider name locked. and Sons.
