  • It didn't go well at all. We purchased a Samsung home theater system to replace another we had. Installer was suppose to get to my home  between 12-1PM. At around 1:30Pm I called him to see where he was and was told he was tied up on another job. When I informed him  he was suppose to be here between12-1Pm and he sounded like he was shocked. I think he forgot. At that point he told me he would be at my house in an hour. I waited and waited and he never showed up. I called him back and  he said he would be here shortly. When he showed up it was 5:00Pm. He was 4 hours late. He never called me I kept calling him. We waited on him all day. Our time is valuable too; just as important as his time. I thought this was very un-professional. He got here and was here for around two and a half hours and still couldn't get it installed because he couldn't get the rear speakers and center speaker working. He said 3 outputs on back of receiver weren't working and we needed to take system back. We paid him $130 and he said he would come back after we got another system and there wouldn't be additional charge. Originally he said the install would be $75 but he charged $130. We took system back and he kept calling us to complete install ourselves and doing trouble shooting over the phone. Finally we couldn't get it working he came out on 9/07/2015, He said it needed an optical cord. We took the first system back for nothing because there wasn't anything wrong with it. He said he would be there at 9:00AM on 9/7/15 and once again he wasn't on time. I had to call him again and he finally showed up at 12:15PM. He was over  3 hours late. Went he got here he bought the optical cord and finally got it working. He also charged us an additional $23 for the cord. We spent a total of $153 on installation of theater system. We were originally told $75. We should have been given a discount because it took him 2 weeks to figure out how to install the system. He was the professional not us and it shouldn't have taken him that long to figure out how to install a home theater system. He was very un-professional. He never showed up on time and didn't call when he was going to be late. Three and a half hours and fours hours late is un-acceptance. I am not happy with this at all. I think we need a refund. I was happy it is working but I could have gotten someone else to do it and it wouldn't taken as long and it would have been cheaper. It is not our fault he couldn't figure it out. WE DESERVE REFUND.

  • I took my radio to Provider name locked. electronics and I wanted him to look at my radio cause my USB was messed up and he told me he would he never told me in the beginning how much it would be to just check the radio but five days later me told 200dollars to get the part not including labor so I decided not to get it fixed cause I got my radio for only 300 dollars so it didn't make since to me to pay that much money, then he told me that I had to pay two hours labor which was a 140 dollars so I asked him why he didn't tell me that in the beginning cause I would have never left my radio for that outrageous price for him to check it out. Could you imagine wat it would have cost if I wanted it fixed I mean come on!!!!

    But I will never recommend him to anyone!!!!
