He said I needed a root canal redone. I had to take his hand and move it because I was in so much pain. He had a big nice office. He ruined my crown. He was doing something and my crown flew all the way across the room and hit the ground. I don't know what he was doing. Then he was so rude. I asked him for my records. He told me I could talk to his lawyer and hung up on me.- Jennifer S.
This tooth is still in constant pain but he has tried everything that he can do. I have to give him that. Because of the bad shape it was in, there wasn't anything that was visual, because the crown that the other dentist has put on. I'm in pain and I've been in pain all this time, he's tried to resolve it but it may be beyond what he can do. I just can't say he's terrible. At least he would try to help you. Of course, it has not worked out for me, but I think he is conscientious and concerning.- Jennifer S.
What happened is she put this crown on my tooth and I kept complaining that my tooth was still hurting. I didn't know what was going on. I had made an appointment to see a specialist, but I had gone to see her and she said, well, she didn't see anything wrong with it. That was on Friday. I do not know how in the world, the very next day she sent me a letter firing me as her patient. She thought I would be better served by somebody else. Well, you already messed up my tooth and now I'm going to be better served by somebody else? It was a month or a couple of weeks or whatever before I was able to find somebody else. I went to another dentist and they told me that there was a problem with the crown that she had put on. I said, well what is the problem? He said, the dentist had taken a picture of it and he said, well, just show her this picture. So, of course I was angry and didn't want to have any communication with her but I did send that picture over to the office. And what it was, when I saw it, she had drilled down my tooth that the crown had a hole in it. And of course, she was drilling down the tooth beneath. I guess about the same time I was seeing her, it got loose because it was a tooth that had a root canal and a crown. And my tooth ended up having to be pulled because it broke. So, then when I got back in touch with her, I told her I was going to file a complaint with my insurance company. She told me she was going to fully refund me for that crown, but she didn't. What she did was sent me a portion. The rest she sent back to my insurance company. The way she had put the crown in, it was so close to the other tooth that it was trapping food there under the gum and it was decaying the other tooth. I had to have another root canal on that tooth. My dentist wanted to pull it. She is horrible, there should be someway that she should be sued. I am going to write a report and report her to the dental board.
Then my daughter went in and had a filling at the same time. I didn't know all this was going on. My daughter had to have her's redone. On top of that, she said she had put sealers on my kids teeth. Well, after we left there, it wasn't even a year, maybe 6 months because I told you she fired me. And so, then went to the other man he came out and said, she needs sealers on her teeth. I said, well, okay. I didn't know they were the same teeth this lady claimed she had put on. And so he told me there was no evidence that she had put anything on my child's teeth. And I contacted them about it and they laughed and said oh they might have come off. All of them? I can see maybe one had come off but everyone? That doesn't make any sense. That lady, she needs to really...
I was terrified of the dentist after seeing her. Plus, she's rude.- Jennifer S.
