    Very seldom do I write “Reviews”, but, this is an exception. I have never in my whole entire life at the age of 65 have I written a “Review “like the one I am fixing to write. I own a 2014 Spark Chevrolet. I went to Ashboro, NC and on the way back to Thomasville; I heard the worst noise that came from my car. It felt like the whole underside had fallen out. Luckily, there was a garage close by where I could coast in. I had no brakes. I had a down hill swing where I could park it out of the way of traffic. I had no control of the car, The Garage owner suggested to me to get in touch with Wright Transmission Service. I called Wright’s Transmission and Leroy Wright was there to help me quickly. I cannot say enough” Good Reviews “ about Wright Transmission. Leroy Wright and his Staff go beyond the boundaries to make sure your Vehicle is safe to drive. That is one major pointer in this company “Safe “. Wrights Transmission is a reliable company that delivers Quality work. I highly recommend this Company to everyone who is reading this “Review”. Leroy Wright is reasonable on his Prices. He will walk you through on an “on hand” guided tour of the problems of your Vehicle and make Pricing Quotes of what needs to be replaced. I am telling you he is Honest and Trustworthy. You talk about” old fashion values” this Guy is at the Top of my list. I am so glad that I have found a good Mechanic that believes being straight up front and is not hiding extra cost and fees from you. I cannot say enough about Leroy Wright.     Mr Trask was extremely knowledgeable. I had concerns the car would have to be sold for parts after another shop in WS created many issues. In addition, he found a nest in my heater fan (I’d asked 2 shops to look at the problem with no resolution), he even showed me the amazing picture. He was kind, responsive and explained everything to me. This is great because I’m a female, and Most mechanics won’t take time to explain what is needed, but Mr Trask did! I would absolutely recommend to anyone. I have an older Lexus, not VW or Audi. Thanks Tim!

    Quickly and at a very reasonable price. I recently had another problem checked at the Toyota dealership (I go there because they tend to be a bit less expensive than the Lexus dealer), and they found that I had a water pump that was failing. They quoted a $1079 price for replacement. I told them I'd probably do it next month. I went to B&C, which I've used for cars not under warranty for almost $20 years, and they quoted an estimate of $589: the bill was $598, roughly HALF the amount quoted by Modern Toyota. I've always found B&C to do great work, and when investigating or checking potential problems, unlike most dealers, generally keep diagnostic charges very low. -- typically $30-$35, rather than a routine $100 if the Toyota or Lexus dealer does the work.) I trust their honesty and the quality of their work.

    Robert is very knowledgable and kind. He helped me and my family when we were going through a rough time. By luck, we ended up at his shop after having picked up the car from the towing service. It was making very loud noises and didn't seem safe to drive, so we looked for the closest place nearby. We got so lucky. Robert quickly identified what he suspected to be a problem with the engine and let us know that it was likely to be under warranty with the dealership. He was correct about that. His honesty, knowledge and kindness were greatly appreciated and saved us a lot of money. He also called over to the dealership because he knew someone who worked there that was a great mechanic and he wanted to check and see if he still worked there for us. It turns out that he did, so we are having him work on it. I highly recommend Robertshop!

    I'm was a first time customer to Meineke and last week I brought my car in to the Clemmons shop to have them check out the car's cooling system. After diagnosing the problem, they replaced the water pump. As the work was to take a few hours, I left. They called me a few hours later and said that the work was completed but while test driving the car, the power steering had apparrently gone out. I spoke with Brett who told me it would take a few days to order the parts needed and so they needed to keep the car over the weekend (this was a Thursday.) As it turned out there was a delay in getting the necessary part(s) due to Hurricane Florence. Long story short - they called today and told me they'd fixed the power steering and the car was ready for pick up. Brett offered to come get me as he knew from our prior conversations that I didn't have a ride during the day because my wife works. The cost for the water pump replacement was reasonable but much to my surprise, they DID NOT charge me for the power steering work! I have never seen an auto repair shop do that! I'm sure we've all heard stories about shady repair shops that always manage to find something else wrong with a car besides what you brought it in for and then charging you an arm and a leg to fix the problem. Judging by my experience with Meineke, I can unequivocally say that they do not do that. I have now found an auto repair shop that I can trust! I will definitely use Meineke in the future should the need arise.

    This is the second time I have had Tom work on Toyota vehicles for me. He serviced my Tundra in the past and I was impressed at his level of involvement. He went way beyond what was expected. He also discovered the the timing belt had been done on the vehicle and that I didn't need to do it again. A testament to his honesty. The Lexus 1999 LX 470 was a used purchase to be used as my primary ride. I gave him a long list and he did some of that list, and some things not on the list with my agreement. He always provides a written estimate. Anyway he did timing belt and tensioners, idlers, water pump, serpentine, cam seals, crank seals, plugs,, oil change, and several hoses, heater t's, power steering hose, brake fluid change, hydraulic suspension service, transfer case service, differential service, transmission service, emergency brake adjust, antifreeze fluid change, windshield wipers, and leather treatment all for way less than the dealer and I knew a mechanic who cared about the vehicle was working.
