    A&B unclogged a drain and also put a new tube in. Apparently there was a design flaw with Whirlpool Gold refrigerators like mine and so they replaced it with the redesigned part. I haven���t had any more leaks.

    This is the fifth appliance he has worked on saving me thousands of dollars. I had already checked into purchasing a new refrigerator but thought I better have Max look at it first. Sure glad I did! A quick 30 min assessment and simple fix saved the day! He is simply the best with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality, high integrity and a strong understanding of appliances. He is the go to guy.

    Phil came out on a Monday to assess the situation. He had to order parts, but was back that next Wednesday to complete the job. Everything works great again. He gave me a time window of when he would be at my house, and gave me a call when he was on his way. That made it easier to leave and get back to work.

    I called Stan this morning (Thursday) around 10:00am. He said that he could come by this afternoon. I asked if he had any idea about time and he said after 2:00pm. I told him that would be good. At 5:00pm I called Stan and asked if he was still planning on coming. His statement was that he got tied up on a job and forgot about us. He asked if Monday would be ok. I said how about tomorrow. At that point he recommended another individual. I look the other company up on Angies List. Not only did this person not have insurance, he only had 4 reviews which consisted of 2 A's, 1 B and 1 F. With this information, I definitely would not have hired this person. Extremely disappointed. (Update) I would like to add that he did come out on Monday, as to his second promise to come to our house. Timely and professional. He advised that the issue was not an appliance problem, but a plumber issue.

    The pump was bad. The cost of the repair would be close to the cost of a new machine and the current machine was a 2007. The decision was made to replace it. This is one of the first times I felt really good paying money for a service call that didn't end up in a fix. John took the machine apart quickly. It was obvious that he knew his craft. He pointed out the rust spots. He explained and demonstrated the broken pump. He explained my options in clear and concise terms and I never felt pressured one way or another. I've been told I'm "particular - in a good way" and John exceeded my expectations! In the very best way!

    This was an absolute nightmare. Repairman came as scheduled on Friday but parts warehouse closed so repair couldn't be done but charged a deposit. Monday part was damaged when picked up from warehouse so couldn't come do repair. Returned Tuesday afternoon, installed-then dryer wouldn't stop running! Called Wednesday and told no one could come til Friday....finally sent someone late afternoon Wednesday without another part. Left to get part, gone an hour and a half. Installed new part-now dryer would turn on without power button being pushed, just by turning temp selection dial.Tried to call on Thursday morning but no one answered the phone until an hour and a half after opening. Was then told it would be the following week before someone could return! Finally sent someone after vehement protest on my part, but not til late afternoon. "Senior" tech took over 2 hours to repair. No apology from anyone, no refund at all. Wrote a letter to owner outlining times, dates, names and charges and never got a response although it's been two weeks. Avoid this company!

    Mr. Thompson was right on time, and diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher immediately. He quickly got it working well, and gave me good advice about how to keep it working well. We had been this close to getting rid of it and buying a new one! His price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

    I was give Jeff's Information from two of my friends. After calling him in the morning he came to fix the two appliances when I got off work the same day. He came on time and found the problem quickly. I was very pleased with the quality of work Jeff did for me!

    PREMIER APPLIANCE REPAIR
    The owner/worker stated that he was going be there at 1pm. I understand that unexpected things happen that may prevent you from arriving on time. So, I'm not upset about the lateness but we he got there, he ran a test on my refrigerator and determined my compressor was bad. My refrigerator is running and was running before the test. He replaced the compressor, at least he said he replaced it. The plug the refridgerator back up and said that it should cool off in 4 to 5 hours. the next day the refridgerator was still not cool. I called the owner on Saturday, he did not return my call. I called him on Monday and he said that he had a busy week and that he would call me back once he reviewed his schedule. Never received a call, so I call him on Thursday and left a message. I haven't received any return calls from him, so I guess he just swindled me out of my money. I have decided not to renew my subscription with Angie's list for this simple reason. You don't know who are legitimate businesses from this site either. I'm submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well.

    I got an immediate response from this contractor through Angie's List suggesting what the problem sounded like based on my description. He suggested that the cost of repair might be so much that a new machine might be smarter. A later follow-up also suggested that I have time before it stops functioning & they would be happy to diagnose it on site for $99. I decided to wait a to do anything as the machine is functioning well except for the "jet engine" noise. I got a follow-up phone call from the office to see how it was going. I really appreciate the free advise. I will keep this company on my list for any future needs they are equipped to provide.
