ASharp Construction LLCI hired Sharp Construction to Replace our Roof, Replace the Gutters on the house, Replace two windows in our Garage and replace carpet in two of our rooms. In all areas they did a 5 star job. We new there were leaks in our roof and would need to be addressed. The installers did a great job and went above expectations. On all projects the cleanup was exceptional and they would arrive in the times that they provided. Sharp was very detailed in the scope of work and also in the preparing of the work. It was a great pleasure to work with Dan W and the Sharp team. I would not hesitate to hire them again. They have proven multiple times to me that they will go above and beyond the scope of work to be the company they are today!!! Thank you Sharp for your professionalism and team.- David M.

AAvalon replaced our roof, the soffits and fascia and siding. The workmanship is outstanding and the quality of materials are far superior to any other company we got quotes from. Additionally, of the four quotes we got, ranging from $68,000 to $42,000, theirs was the lowest for the highest quality product we were shown. They were also super fast. We have a traditional two story house, and that is 2200 square feet, and they did the entire roof, including removing the old materials and replacing a lot of rotting boards, in a day and a half. They sided my house, wrapped all the trim and replaced the soffit and fascia in a week. The people we worked with from their salesman Chris to the workers they sent were kind, respectful and patient, answering all our questions and making sure the job was done the way we wanted it. We did not choose them because they were the least expensive, but because of the quality product that they offered and the other reviews we had seen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone or to use them again if I needed too.

FThe installation crew had an inexperienced person who installed a window improperly. There was a big rain and the window leaked causing damage to my family room ceiling. The supervisor insisted it was not the window that caused the damage but immediately wanted to fix the window. He refused to pay for the damage even though the building inspector said the window was at fault. After much arguing and threatening I did receive a check for damages. I would not deal with this company again. Pay a little bit more because you get what you pay for.

Ted and his whole team are conscientious, professional, and pleasant. Their top concern was always that we were pleased, and if something ever needed to be corrected it was done so quickly. We particularly liked the fact that Ted partners with a wonderful interior designer. Due to the scope of our project, we opted to utilize this service. The collaboration between the entire team was a real benefit and ensured the best results possible.
