AJohn Grace Construction LLCJohn Grace was magnificent! They handled everything from clearing out everything in the house to dealing with asbestos found in some basement pipes to reconstructing the rooms I worked primarily with Kasey who was always available for my calls and was extremely patient with several changes I made But everyone that worked with them was professional, kind and hardworking The office staff walked me through the insurance maze and handled most of it for me I HIGHLY recommend John Grace and would use them again in a heartbeat .- Kathy B.

AHome Maintenance ServiceRandy did an amazing job! Our basement was partially finished. We wanted the drop ceiling removed, walls studded and dry walled, create a full bathroom and closet. This space would become our master bedroom and ensuite. Time wasn't an issue for us but was completed in a satisfactory time frame. The area under reno was kept very clean each day, when we would come home to check out the progress. The master bedroom was framed (over the styrofoam insulation and existing drywall from the 60's) and the entire room got new drywall. Drop ceiling removed and drywall ceiling with can lights replaced it. New bathroom area was plumbed and created to our own design, including a water closet. All new trim throughout. New vinyl plank flooring installed in the bathroom, closet and laundry. Our new space looked amazing when complete and we couldn't be happier! We unfortunately had some water damage shortly after and Randy came back out to do some touch up work for us. We would definitely recommend!! Price was also extremely reasonable!- Amy R.

AAlthough Speese is a little more expensive, the workmanship and quality is worth it. The painter, Jason, did an excellent job in matching paint and making all the repairs to cracks. Jason takes pride in his work and his attention to detail is exceptional. We had a previous painter which just painted over the flaws, but Jason takes the time to fix the problem. When the job is finished it looks absolutely great. The paint matched perfectly and the problems were fixed. We are extremely happy we chose Speese.

AReames did a great job. Friendly, on-time, communicates well. They were not able to quote the project right away, but clearly communicated when they could. Called to complete work early when another job finished ahead of schedule. Arrived on-time and cleaned up to my satisfaction. Overall Project was done well. At several points, checked with myself or my wife if we were satisfied with what was being done. I was very satisfied and would use Reames again.

AMy original home is over 100 years old and we have done 3 major additions to it over the 40+ years we have lived here. We wanted the structural work done for the good of the house and outbuildings. We wanted the siding to both make the house look like one completed building and also to make it weather tight. Ed was super to work with. He listened closely the several times we met before i received the detailed bid. He was great in the creative and planning process. He came up with several ways to achieve what i wanted. He explained how he would install the windows to both be very attractive and weather tight. He was patient with decisions. He was willing to hold various types of siding in place so i could get a real idea of how the different options would work. His eye for detail is amazing and his desire for perfection is evident. The woodwork Ed did on the inside framing of the windows is beautiful. He has worked harder than any previous builder to be sure i was happy with the end result. On a day to day basis, Ed and his workers were professional and easy to "live with". They were always sensitive to avoiding more upheaval than necessary for such a long project. They cleaned up every night and left the place as neat as possible. They always informed me of their arrivals for the next day and of any delays. I would definitely recommend Northwest Tile and Interiors for any of this type of work.

FThe guy called my home days after I requested service through company. I told him my name, by the way, I used my nickname, which isn't ethnically sounding, and told him exactly what I was looking to get a quote for. He came out that same day and my significant other greeted him and showed him and the gentleman with him what exactly we were looking to get done. He gave him the card and said oh i will get a quote to you. I never heard back from the guy and was going to find someone else. Then I get this email last night and remind you this guy new exactly what needed to be done prior to coming out and if he thought it was too much at time he could have said it than instead he sent this email days later: "After considering all of the factors involved in working on your house I have decided not to give an estimate for me doing the work. 2 factors: 1.I am 74 years old and no longer climb to 2 story heights. 2.The job is more than we can handle at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks, Randall Meyer HMS." Entire email. no greeting no nothing. This leads me to believe there were other motives for not wanting to do the work. Anyone of color I recommend either asking for a minority contractor or making sure the contractor who is assigned to you doesn't have any issue with working with people of color. I can't say for sure that was the reason but all of this is fishy considering all the facts. Extremely not happy and wasted my time.
