The service was scheduled for about 1pm, however they did not arrive until 2pm. With that said, I had previously stated the job had to be finished by 5pm and a 3rd person came to assist the other 2 and it was done on time. Prior to scheduling the service they came to provide an estimate, they advised the 3 items on my list that were the most time consuming but estimated even with those 3 time consuming items it should take approx. 51/2-6hrs. I removed 2 of the 3 time consuming items (cleaning inside of fridge/Provider name locked. ) but it still took them 8 cleaning hours. The house appeared clean but the following are the reasons that I will not be using them again. To me details are important.
1. None of the light fixtures were dusted - even though I was assured that's part of the regular service.
2. In the kitchen, I was informed all services are wiped down, however the outside of the kitchen trash can was not.
3. I requested the couches be vacuumed, and confirmed with them before they left however later on when I was looking for something and removed the couch cushions it was apparent that it must have been a quick vacuum without removing the seat cushions. This could perhaps be a misunderstanding of what was requested. I requested the couches be vacuumed, I did not specify outer/inner.
With that said, the ladies were wonderful, professional and friendly and the items they did clean came clean. I don't think my microwave has ever shined so bright!

Provider name locked. from Provider name locked. did an excellent job cleaning all our carpet! We were sure that we were going to have to replace all this flooring but decided to give carpet cleaning one more try. And we are so glad we did. The carpet looks awesome! I was shocked that she was able to remove stains on our hallway and stairs. She was very thorough and meticulous and took a lot of time making sure the job was done right. She was also friendly and obviously loved her job and the company she works for. I will definitely use Provider name locked. again and will highly recommend this company to others.

My husband bought a remanufactured Hoover wind-tunnel vacuum at Provider name locked. for $211.99, including tax, then returned it the next day, unused. The owner had told him it was new from the factory, so my husband had thought it meant new, which remanufactured obviously doesn't mean. It had lots of large scuff Provider name locked. on it and had a very strange and unpleasant odor. So I had my husband return it the next day. The owner told him they have a no refunds policy, but he could buy something else instead to get his money back. So he sold my husband a Eureka Mighty Mite 3670G vacuum for $175 and a Royal ER1000 vacuum for $80. After he got home, I looked up the price of the Eureka Might Mite and found it sells at Home Depot for $60.99 and other stores for in the $60's, and has a "retail list price of $120". Thus my husband had to pay an extra $58.30 to get his original $212 back, including paying $114 extra for the Eureka vacuum, almost 3 times the price that it was sold for elsewhere in the city.
I called the store 2 days later after seeing Provider name locked. 's website, which stated "We will beat any competitor's price." I did not identify myself and stated I'd seen that they match competitor's prices on their website. I was told yes, what vacuum was I interested in. I said the Eureka Mighty Mite. He said yes they had it there and asked what price I had on it. I told him $60.99 from Home Depot. He said he couldn't match any of the big box stores, that he could sell it to me for $150. I told him the list price on it was $120 and that there were lots of stores selling it in town in the $60's, and asked why he was selling it for way more than list price. He said he didn't know what the list price was cause he bought it from someone in, I think he said Pennsylvania. He then gave me all the reasons he couldn't sell it for the "big box stores" prices. (I totally understand that small businesses can't sell products as cheaply as big box stores and the $120 "retail price" would have been a fair price I'd have expected to see the Provider name locked. listed at at Provider name locked. , but I don't expect a store to sell for more than the normal retail price.) I retold him that his website said he'd match competitors prices, and he said he'd have his son change that to other vacuum store competitors. After everything he finally told me he'd sell it to me for $120 but no less. I then told him he'd sold it to my husband for $175 earlier in the week, and asked if my husband came back in would he change the price to $120. He said I'd "tricked" him, and he didn't like it that I'd "tricked" him. He said after a bit that he'd give him $50 back but that was all. He wouldn't budge beyond that. So my husband went back in and was given a credit card credit for $50, but no refund of the taxes he'd paid on that extra $50. So the net result was that my husband paid $125 plus taxes on $175 (an extra $3) for a vacuum with a list price of $120 which sells at Home Depot for $60.99.
I have no idea how Provider name locked. 's repair service is because we haven't needed to use it, but I've read that it is good.
But as for purchases from Provider name locked. , we will not be doing that again. (By the way, we later went to Provider name locked. Sewing & Provider name locked. Center on Provider name locked. Park and bought a vacuum there. They were friendly, helpful, and gave us a fair price. I highly recommend them.)
