  • Before I was even able to re activate my account Provider name locked. cancelled it with no notice or explanation. It took a lengthy online chat and two very annoying telephone calls to discover this. At the end, they said I has to start everything over from scratch,k even though when I tried to login online their website it said that my personal information is attached to two accounts. I don't have time to be sent from phone center to phone center with no resolution.

  • First install crew was unable to do the install due to miscommunication in expectations. The location had no previous cable service, so there was no existing entry point. Had to take it upon myself to Provider name locked. wire runs and entry point. Rescheduled, did the prep myself, and had a successful install experience.

  • I talked to a total of 9 different people in 6 separate calls. 
    0 First phone call, I got someone in the Phillipines who was of no help and he told me that his computer crashed and that I would have to call back. I called back and got yet another Phillipino so I said that I wanted to speak with someone in America. She said she could not do that so I asked to speak to a supervisor. I got transferred to Provider name locked. in Chicago, who said that she couldn't help me because I was out of her area. She than transferred me to Shontina. I had already asked to just cancel my service at this point and she was the only one that asked me why. I told her about the increase and all the problems I was having with them through all this. She then said that a promotional rate we had expired but she could put me on another.  She gave me a great deal so I said that we would stay with them for the time being. But as she was setting this up in her system, the phone went dead as well as my internet, but not the cable to the TV. (We have all 3 services with them) I called back on my cell phone and got another new person and he said that there was an outage in our area. I had already explained what was happening when I called this last time. He said that my service should be restored soon. I still had no service after a couple of hours so I called back and was told that there was an outage and that there was a tech in the area taking care of the problem and that we should have service restored by midnight. I had been lied to about my service because the next morning when I still had no service, I called again. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold and after 15 minutes, I was then disconnected! I called back again and explained the problem(s) to yet another person in the Phillipines but I was having difficulty understanding him so I asked to speak to a manager. As I was on hold, my services were miraculously restored. He came back on the phone and said that there had been a problem with my file but that he went in and made some changes. I asked to just cancel my entire account with them for I had had more than enough at this point so he then transferred me to a solution specialist in my state! I gave her the whole story. She said that she wanted to talk to tech support and get back to me. She did call me back in about 10 minutes and said that everything should be fine now. I accepted the new deal but only because we only have one other company to choose and from what I have heard they are not any better.
