Moving reviews in Fresno
Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results
Mover had perfect timing (arrived exactly on time for pick up and delivery). Were well trained in moving techniques.
Loaded up a house full of furniture and unloaded in less then two hours, both sides.
Very respectful and most importantly, this group understands the importance of communication. They are developing an office in Fresno and are most welcome here.

I realize that Angie's List is not a forum for fighting. I apologize for this. However, I feel I have to clear things up. I recently wrote a review about our experience with Provider name locked. . It was honest and concise. Then I read the owner's hostile reply that started out with Provider name locked. ; he accused me of lying. I am not a liar; it is not my character. Since his response was filled with inaccuracies on a public site I want to correct him (Provider name locked. ). The things I initially wrote about regarding his behavior on the phone were actually reinforced by his reply...his aggressiveness, non-accountability and his treatment of customers. I will hit on the points of his reply. First off, I don't appreciate his use of Provider name locked. which is directed at me as being a liar! THAT (as he put it) was "morally wrong". You don't use God's Word against someone when it isn't true.
His business is NOT impeccable and have had some negative reviews...each reviewer was attacked in similar ways by the owner. His MO is the same in all of his replies to negative reviews.
If his movers had packed it correctly why did the OD driver have to secure it with huge straps? Because his guys didn't. The statement about using all 24 blankets is untrue. After my phone conversation with the owner my husband reminded me that they didn't use all our blankets. After they used the first bundle of 12, my husband opened the 2nd bundle of 12 and they used 1 or 2 from that. When my husband asked them if they needed more, they said no. We gave the rest to my father. He stated we "should have rented 4 dozen with all the wood furniture we had". First off, we didn't rent them (where did he come up with that?) , we bought them (we have a receipt). Second, we sold most of our furniture after we sold our previous home. So the only furniture we had was a bed with a headboard and foot board, an armoir (sp?), a dresser, 2 night stands, 1 couch, 1 accent chair, 2 recliners, 2 glider chairs, and an end table. The 2 gliders and 1 accent chair would have only require 1 blanket each. Also, his movers commented on how good the blankets were...."not the cheap felt ones most people buy "(their words). My husband said our head board got scratched because it was up against our Total Gym equipment which is metal.
When I mentioned the grease on our couch he replied "so let me get this right, we put grease in the OD truck"? That was a rude comment. The grease was there before they loaded our belongings. But it was the movers responsibility to completely wrap the furniture to protect it. We do not understand why they didn't wrap our 3 chairs. We would have paid for the extra time it took to do it right.
He said "you complain about ' they only accepted cash because we were moving out of state' ". I was not complaining. I was simply stating the payment type because it related to us not getting a receipt. He never gave us a receipt for what we paid him and paying with cash doesn't generate a paper trail.
Then the way he described our phone conversation was untrue. He totally reversed it saying I "started being verbally abusive towards me" and that he remained calm. I initially called about the receipt he hadn't given us, which he told my husband he would do. He never apologized as he said he did, he didn't try to calm me down because I wasn't being abusive or angry. I was just stating what happened. And he did not advise me that he was hanging up. He just hung up on me. I had my phone on speaker because I wanted my husband to witness the phone call. From reading other negative reviews I had a feeling how the conversation was going to go. And if he wants someone to check our phone records and see who hung up 1st that's OK.
I have pictures and receipts that will prove I did not lie. I don't lie and I am accountable for my words and actions. I believe that if you say it or do it, you own it.
He does not have the right to call someone a liar if they are telling the truth. Provider name locked. has much to say about love, edification of others, the mouth and Provider name locked. , anger, united brethren, the fruit you produce (and how it is evident to others), pride and what our walk should look like. And how we will stand before God and be held accountable for all we said, thought or did while on this earth.
I am NOT trying to give the company another "F" on Angie's List, but this was the only way I knew how to correct him publicly. Again, Angies List, I apologize. I have wasted enough time with this company's owner. I am done with him. It is too toxic.

They did a fantastic job! To be honest, we got 3 estimates and this company was the highest. However, the gentleman who showed up to give us the estimate was the only one who seemed thoroughly professional, gave us a detailed, professional looking estimate and left us feeling comfortable about exactly what services we were getting for our money. Although the other two companies were less expensive, they seemed very unprofessional, one gave us a handwritten estimate with no details and another typed but again, with no specifics spelled out. My Sister ended using one of these "less professional, less expensive" companies and it ended being a very expensive nightmare and costing her significantly more than the estimate she was given! Also, I had personally used Economy to move my home twice, with excellent results.
For all of these reasons we went with Economy and they could not have done a better job for us! Due to technical issues. we had to change our move date twice. They accommodated both changes, communicated well, showed up exactly when they said they would with two trucks and four movers and just knocked it out of the park! I mean, these guys really hustled! They were not sloppy fast though...took very good care of our furniture, bins and filing cabinets, were efficient, professional and very helpful.
We were so impressed, our Director, who came to town to oversee the move, tipped each of the movers very nicely.
Would highly recommend Provider name locked. ...you really do get what you pay for!!!
