  • When I say she double- and triple-books appointments, I'm not just guessing. I have literally been standing at the check-in window (the one in her office, not the main one out front at Provider name locked. Center), and I say I have a 10 o'clock appointment, and two other people come up and say the same thing. She tries to cram everything into 15 minutes per person. And yet, she insists, if you show up to the urgent care, on seeing you herself and having you go to her office, no matter how many regular appointments she's already got. I might say this meant she cared, but she clearly doesn't listen to concerns, and doesn't understand everything you try to discuss with her. She frequently says the opposite of what you've said, indicating she didn't really understand. For example, I gave her a two-page list of neurological symptoms, some of which I've had for 25 years, and wanted to get checked out for a few things. She said "Oh, if you had any neurological disease, you would have shown symptoms already." Provider name locked. ? Didn't I just SAY I've had some of those issues for many years? You get the picture. Also her staff will frequently tell you that you have to come in for a visit or get blood tests way more frequently than you are supposed to have to do for routine maintenance of things like a thyroid condition. I wanted to get more glucose test strips and they told me I had to come in for an appointment. Why? It's a refill. When I see the doctor, she claims, oh, no that's not why, you were supposed to come for a follow-up of your physical. Oh? No one mentioned this or told me to make an appointment at that time. Also, who doesn't order a full blood panel at a yearly physical, especially for a person who hasn't had one in three years? She doesn't. She also puts all sorts of stuff on the billing sheet (the medical codes) that shows what conditions you talked about during the visit, but some of them we never discussed. I'm pretty sure she's billing for them anyway. In addition, her office will make appointments for you with specialists and NEVER TELL YOU. Next thing you know, three months have gone by and you get a call from some doctor's office you don't recognize claiming you have an appointment tomorrow at 8 am. Of course leaving you no time to try to get time off of work. If you try to reschedule, you're told the specialist doesn't have another appointment for six months. You see the problem here? Also most of her medical assistants don't know how to properly take blood pressure, and you could go in and get it done three different ways with 5 different pieces of equipment. I asked how often they have their equipment calibrated and the girl gave me a completely Provider name locked. stare. Clearly, they don't know what they're doing. As soon as I can find another doctor, I'm leaving.

  • He takes his time with his patients; I do not feel any rush when I have my consultations with him. He sits and listens to his patient’s health problems. He is very knowledgeable and I only have to tell him a little bit what my problems are and he would patiently discuss it with me one problem after the other. We just adore him. He is very friendly and a very efficient doctor. We want to take him home. He is everything we look for in a doctor. We do not have to wait long to see him. He tries to keep up with his schedule and we could depend on him in case of emergency. He is always on top of his service. We will continue seeing him as long as he will advise us to see him.  We will be with him.
