ARod's RaingutterDuring a torrential rainstorm around 3:45 pm on March 11th, one end of our 50+ foot rain gutter on the back of our house was torn away from the house and left dangling. About a third of the length had been torn free. I quickly looked up rain gutter repair on Angie's list and at 3:58 I called a highly rated company. They had apparently had closed for the weekend because I got a voice mail to leave a message. I propped up the loose end as best I could and went to the Yellow Pages. I found Rod's Raingutters and called about 4:15 pm. A gentleman answered the phone ( I assume it was Rod) and I explained the situation. He asked if someone could come out between 8:00 am and10:00 am on Saturday, March 12th, to look at the problem. I said great. At 8:30 am Saturday I got a call from Lusty (that's the correct spelling, I asked) saying he would be at our house in 20 minutes, which he was. I explained that we would be home next week but would be out of town the entire following week. He looked over the situation and pointed at the screws sticking out of the gutter and said that is the problem. When the house was built 17 years ago they only used 1" screws, which are too short and probably not enough were used. He showed me the longer, larger diameter screws they use. He also said the rain gutter could be reattached and a new gutter was not needed. He wrote up the quote and put on it "needs repair ASAP next week". He then looked at the dangling gutter again, and the darkening sky, and said " If I have the right screws in my truck, and my drill is charged, I'll fix it right now". 30 minutes later the job was completed! That's an example of excellent customer service.- Charles R.

ADizmang Roofing & RaingutterI was very happy with their work. We didn’t have rain gutters earlier and they installed new rain gutters, down spouts and installed a rain chain. The gutter has drains so that the leaves don’t collect. It rained the following week and we were delighted to have it. They returned my call promptly when I called for information and a quote. They scheduled a time promptly to come out which was convenient to me. They included more information than what I had gotten about their product and their installation service timings compared to two other companies. The timing was exactly like the way they said and I was very happy. I didn’t have any other work done by a gutter company to compare them with. They were prompt and efficient. AGH RAIN GUTTERSThey brought their equipment out and performed the work right on the sidewalk in front of my house. They created a seamless free gutter out of a flat piece of metal and also in a color that did not require me to paint. They also repaired and painted a 10 ft section of fascia board which other companies would not agree to do.- John N.
