At first, Provider name locked. presented himself in a professional manner. He had been referred to me by a neighbor. There were problems scheduling the work and Provider name locked. seemed to not remember our previous conversations. When the construction was done it looked sloppy and poorly designed with bent nails left handing out of the roof trusses. I question the sturdiness of the roof. 2X6's hang down at an angle and particle board splices/supports the bottom of the trusses. Broken electrical outlets were left hanging. I had to call Provider name locked. back to get him to install a rain gutter that had been destroyed during the demolition. I also had to ask them to reinstall the electrical outlets that they left hanging from the wires. The wiring was not replaced and looks sloppy, covered loosely by tape. The facing on part of our roof was missing. I wish I had never spent so much money for such a sloppy job.- DAN E.
The price quoted is for LABOR only. You must purchase materials. Difficult if you don't have truck. You are quoted price of ''No More Than'' and another price ''As Less As''. My understanding was it would be the Provider name locked. of the two prices if no other problems encountered. If did run into problems, it would be higher price. Handyman wanted to finish job in 2 days. (Over weekend) Problem occured when discount store ran out of woodsiding. Had to purchase higher priced siding so handyman could finished in 2 days. Handyman did poor patching job on soffit & door frame. Acutally left plastic putty knife over wet wood putty on door frame with insturctions for me to sand when dry. Wood putty came out when plastic knife removed, finished almost entire job myself. Also, handyman wanted $300 CASH (extra) because he had to pull off about 4'of additional wood siding. (Thought this was what the ''higher price'' would cover) Was in hurry to leave, didn't finish job, wanted payment of highest.- JANET S.
He did a very nice job. He even did a little touch up work around my house and he didn't even ask for extra money to dod so. I thought that he was a very well mannered person.- ERNEST K.
