  • perfect.  dr Provider name locked. is excellent, great diagnosticion. practical, thoughtful about keeping costs reasonable.
very punctual, but not flexible about schedule.  no "we'll work you in".
this is absolutely the only drawback.

  • I will start off by saying the staff was wonderful but the veterinarian I saw had terrible bedside manner. He came into the room abruptly which caused my Min Pins to bark of course and he remarked sarcastically what a nice family I had. Great start to the visit. During the examination I felt like he was taking down to me by his demeanor. It didn't feel like he really cared about animals all that much, bad feeling coming from a veterinarian. And when he left the room after the examination he left the door wide open and one of the veterinary techs had rush to close it. Im a military wife and have moved numerous times and seen a few veterinarians. This one was the worst I've seen. I wanted to like this place because I have heard good things about it and it is close to home but I want a veterinarian that seems to have a little more compassion. The staff was wonderful but I can't get past the attitude of the veterinarian.

  • Drs Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. treat my cats (a 19yr old who died in 2013, a 19yr old who is ill but very well cared for, and a one year old; all male neutered who joined our family as very young kittens). They also care for my parent's dog. I have a history working and volunteering in vet clinics and animal shelters for >15yrs, so I am very aware of proper procedures and have high expectations of those who care for my four-footed family members.

Drs Provider name locked. & Provider name locked. , office manager Provider name locked. , and the rest of their staff are without a doubt some of the best I've ever encountered. From the basic new kitten vaccines and preventative medicine, to complex diagnostics of senior pets with rare diseases, this team puts their all into what they do. And, they treat their people clients with so much respect and compassion, understanding a lot of the decisions that need to be made are emotional decisions. They take the time that is necessary to diagnose problems, care for your pets, and educate you on what is going on. And, when they need more information, they're not too egotistical to suggest a second-opinion or tests by a specialist.

The three things I find most impressive with Provider name locked. are:

    1) their overall medical competence - both Drs are excellent diagnosticians, thinking outside of the box to test for many different possibilities, rather than just assuming the most common issue is probably the cause,

    2) how much they clearly love what they do, and love their clients. It is so much easier to leave your sick pet for the day when you see Dr Provider name locked. cuddling him kissing him saying "how's my kitty doing today?" You know they're going to treat your animals with the same love and care that they treat their own

    3) how the entire staff deals with their people-clients. Whether it's quickly returning phone calls, the Drs giving you their email addresses so you can send audio clips of what's happening at home, going above and beyond to not only care for the animal but also communicate with guardians with the level of urgency each case deserves... the entire staff is just stellar. Only once in 8yrs have I encountered any customer service issues, and both Drs communicated with me about what happened, how they discussed the issue in an all-staff meeting, and what they were doing to make sure nothing like that ever happened to us or anyone else again. Nobody's perfect, but their entire staff strives to be and immediately addresses even the smallest SNAFU.

I cannot say enough to recommend Dr Provider name locked. , Dr Provider name locked. , Office Manager Provider name locked. and the entire Provider name locked. Staff. You'll be confident in the care your animals receive if you take them there.
