We had our back entry door and adjacent window removed and a sliding glass door installed that leads out to our back patio and pool. The sliding glass door is of top quality and it even as a custom dog door built into the glass. This project really opened up the entire back side of our house and gives it a warm and bright feeling. I will advise all customers to read the contract very carefully as we were not aware that we would need to hire our own electrician to disposition the live wires from the wall outlet and light switch that were left once the wall was removed. That cost us an additional $700 that was not expected as we assumed all aspects of the project would be covered, so make sure it is understood who is responsible for performing each step of the entire project. There were a few scheduling conflicts and order mix ups, but other than that, we are very pleased with the finished product.

Punctuality, work quality, and clean up were all wonderfully done. The owner, Matt, was as nice as can be. I had an electrician/general contractor there at the same time who was going to do the electrical for the patio ceiling fan. The workers installing the patio did not get my contractor to come consult on the wiring like they were supposed to. My contractor was there in the house doing other work, but they did not get him. There was miscommunication about what was to be done, and Matt's guys tried to throw my contractor under the bus about it. Then the Legacy guys drilled a hole for the electrical wiring that went right through my bedroom wall! My contractor fixed it, and the Legacy guys stayed to help my contractor run the wiring as a "trade" of services, but was still frustrating. But the patio itself is wonderful!

It went very well. The workers came a little later than expected, but the work was done timely. 1 item I asked for was not written down (& I didn't notice), so it was not done. The weather was over 100 degrees each day, but the work was completed faster than I would have expected in the heat. The electrical works & it's what I wanted.

5 stars across the board! Project started and finished on time. The entire team was professional and experts with concrete, wood deck and railing. I was given a military discount all communications met and exceeded my expectations. Great company!

    Bantex Construction Inc
Construction went very well. My roof line presented a difficult tie in to make the new add on look like it was part of the original house but Terry's framer, Bob, was able to master it and make it look great. Terry Banta will not accept sub-par work from his sub's or vendors. He made the door vendor rework the French door twice after the original delivery because he was not satisfied with the workmanship of the door. All crafts clean up after their work each day and they were respectful of my property and neighbors. It was a very good experience and I will contact Terry for my next project.

They ended up putting the deck too far way from house and the steps had to be cut in tiny pieces because the supports were screwed up and could. To support any long boards. Every piece uneven. Looked amateurish like Gilligans island. I didn't say anything because he doesn't listen anyway. Deck was good enough. We just tore it down for something better. I would not use him again though.

Terry immediately scheduled an inspector from North Texas Inspection Services and a private engineer for a walk through. Facts on abandoned construction, including the additional concrete pad, walls, rafters and any additional work to bring up to code were provided in written report. Terry quickly provided his estimate of $19, 320 which I was happy to accept, and work quickly commenced. Once many new rafters, the new "crickets and OSB base roof were added, Terry again quickly subcontracted the roofing replacement. I am now at least "dried in" and developing the final plans for completion on finishing new room expansion. After his crew had installed siding on the "cricket" walls, Terry had unused product returned to lumber company. The actual invoice from Bantex Construction was $17,100. Terry managed to save me $2,220 which I can use on remainder of project. I can't say enough good things about Terry Banta and his crew. Thank you Terry for the great job in getting this done before more spring thunderstorms come and damage this house any more than already happened with previous contractor, Robles Construction. Really anxious to get the next stage of this project going with Bantex, but former contractor's window, door and partial wall openings must be redesigned and plans drawn up for city permits. All in good time.

Job was for a screened in porch. They dismantled and removed old metal roof and railing. Constructed screened in porch, including insulated roof, chair rail, and door. They did a great job, very conscientious workers, very detail oriented, took pride in their work. Quality was great. I would recommend and/or use them again for a large removing or construction job.

    Acciona Group L.L.C.
They were fast. Efficient. Courteous. ACCIONA GROUP delivered on every front with their impeccable service and professional results. I went a little over budget, but that was entirely my fault because I change a couple of things the last second. I know that Ill be turning to ACCIONA GROUP when the next opportunity arises. Keep up the good work! Thank you!

For years I wanted to remove the patio cover in the rear of the house and have a garden room built. I contacted several companies that specialized in garden rooms but all they wanted to do is stick what looked like half of a double wide trailer up to the house. Not what I wanted. I wanted this room to look as though it was part of the original floor plan. I called Kevin Gwyn because I did some research and found him on Angie's list. Kevin arrived on time asked what I wanted, began measuring, sketching, remeasuring then said he would come back in a day or so and give me a quote. I will be honest here and say the quote given for the job was very reasonable and  asked when  could he start. My wife and I are very pleased, the project seemed to flow very well.
After the room addition was completed I had some landscaping done in the front of the house that included flagstone and pave stone walls. I wanted a pergola built and contacted Kevin again for that and was done very well. Even the neighbors have complimented us on our selection of an Arizona pergola to highlight the landscaping.
