    We love Bantex! Terry and David are extremely professional and detail oriented. All of their subs are quality pros and well trusted. Everyone at Bantex is kind, respectful and just plain friendly! Not to mention their prices are consistently lower than other contractors we���ve bid out. They will go out of their way to get the lowest price with the best quality. We have used Bantex for multiple jobs at two houses: a master bath and closet addition, remodeling a kitchen hallway to include a pantry and a closet, and an entire house remodel and complete gut/new kitchen. We know the guys very well and wouldn���t use anyone else. Bantex is always my first call for projects, small or large.

    Sometimes you can just tell from moment one when a service guy is being straight with you.  That's how it was with Bailey Burk of Circle W and Burleson Appliances Repair.  Bailey attempted repair on an icemaker that had been damaged because of a plastic bag getting wrapped up in the tines.  The repair attempt didn't work, through no fault of Bailey, so a couple of days later he returned and replaced the unit for the cost of the new item without additional charges.  I appreciate that Bailey tried to repair first.  That is the mark of an honest vendor.  In the past I have had service  jerks examine appliances and tell me without batting an eye that I must pony up for new merchandise plus costs for installation.  When you turn them down, they demand a fee for their appearance and estimate.  It infuriates me to no end  and smacks of dishonesty, when vendors bill you for making an appearance and perform no work.    Nothing of the kind happened with with Bailey.  I found him to be honest and forthright in his analysis of the problem, and I would gladly recommend him to a friend.

    They always come when you call them, but I have all new appliances so I don't need to call them. I last used them two years ago. They come when they tell you that they are going to come. They say "We are going to come between nine and eleven", and they come. I would give them all 'A'. I would use them in the future if something goes wrong with my new equipment.

    We purchased a new washer and dryer set, since the washer we had quit working.  While at the outlet store, the sales person stated that all of their products were tested that are functional.  Once we got the new dryer hooked up we noticed that the control panel was not working and the dryer was not functional.  I called the store back and they stated that i would have to call their support number 1 800 469 4663 to send a technician out.
    After 15 minutes on hold, I was told that nothing in their system showed that i had a warranty and that i was not in their system and would have to call back the next day.  I call the same number the next day and was advised that it would take 3 business days to have my information in the system entered.  Without this information they would not be able to help me further.  I requested to speak to a supervisor.  After a 15 minute hold, i was told that i would have to be transferred again to the service contract department.  Meg in the service contract department was pleasant to deal with.  She was able to get my washer and dryer entered into their system within 5 minutes based on the information on my receipt. 
    After being transferred to technical department for further troubleshooting, it was determined that i would have to wait 8 days for a technician to come out to look at the dryer.  I advised them that i would like to control panel part ordered and on the truck with the technician so that i would not have to wait further on parts.  I was assured by the technical representative that the part would be on the truck when they came out.
    Technician came out and look at the dryer.  He verified that the dryer was getting power but the control panel was dead.  I asked if he had the control panel with him, since i previously requested that.  The technician Albin Mehmedovic stated that he did not have the part and that he could have it sent to me priority mail for the next day.  The part arrived in 2 days.  I was advised by Albin that i would have to call the number on the card that he provided, the same 1 800 469 4663 number. 
    I called the service center and was advised that it would be another 5 days before a technician would be able to come out.  I stated that this would be a 5 minute part swap and i did not understand why it would take so long.  They stated that they have limited technicians in the DFW area. 
    We still do not have a functional dryer.  I would not buy any appliance from Sears based the experience that we have had so far.

    Charlie's Plumbing Service
    Appointment was between 11 and 1.  The plumber arrived at 0930, which was good for us as we wanted an earlier time.  He had to take the disposal and the ring around the sink drain off as the rubber on the disposer was wedged into the ring.  He did it so fast that we didn't even know he was here.  He was very professional, clean, and courteous.  Will definitely use Charlie's again if the need arises.

    Rapid Appliance Repair

    I had an appliance company come out a few days earlier.  The technician was lazy, unknowledgeable and wanted to argue with me about the problem.  He was quickly shown the door.  Rapid Appliance Repair was contracted with my home warranty and sent a technician out a few days later.  I have to say I was impressed.  The Technician that came out was knowledgeable about dryers, had a really accurate idea as to the problem.  Along with going above and beyond what I expected, this individual climbed into my attic, found and unclogged the vent line for the dryer and also explained why my machine was constantly running on auto.  If anyone ever needs an appliance repair service,  I would definitely recommend this company.

    I contacted the company yesterday and got a call back within an hour. (A competitor I had called at the same time called today and let me know they had forgotten to call me back yesterday. Their loss.)
    An appointment was set up immediately for today. The Tech called ahead of time and showed up right at 4p, as scheduled. Came in and quickly found the problem. Rather than order the part, he was able to improvise a perfectly workable solution which got me back up and running immediately rather than having to schedule another appointment. The problem was fixed in an hour and he cleaned up after himself.
    While here, the tech gave me advice on a couple other minor issues. Was super courteous and enjoyable to talk to while here. Would happily hire these folks again.
