When I adopted an eight week old lab puppy, I instantly knew she would be a handful and would need some serious long-term training. I knew exactly who I wanted to train my pup: Provider name locked. of Provider name locked. , based on the positive experience of a friend. Knowing that I had a difficult breed to train, I purchased the lifetime training package, which included weekly training sessions at my home until she is obedient, and then includes unlimited follow-up sessions, as/if needed. I consider this a good deal, since Labrador Retrievers tend to be a rambunctious breed, even after fully grown.
We have progressed quite nicely. My little girl, Provider name locked. , has grown up and exhibits excellent manners, knows commands and heels instantly on command. None of this would have been possible without Provider name locked. 's expert training skills and patience. In addition, Provider name locked. is always punctional.
I travel frequently, and have boarded Provider name locked. with Provider name locked. on several occasions, during which time he continues to work with her training regimen. I am really pleased that he takes the time to work with her; and, that I can leave town knowing that Provider name locked. is in good hands.- Ellen A.
Provider name locked. has been our veterinary clinic of choice for 12 years or so--first for our cats, and then for our dog. Dr. Provider name locked. and his staff are so wonderful. Our Rottie always looked forward to going there. In addition to routine shots, we took her there for grooming and boarding on many an occasion. She just loved it there. Everyone there is caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Provider name locked. , and his associate Dr. Provider name locked. who filled in for him on occasion, recently helped us through a very painful cancer diagnosis and the resulting hard decisions. They helped us keep her comfortable to the very end, and we will be eternally grateful.- Jill D.
Overall, it went well. About a month before I was to drop off the pets, I began communicating with Provider name locked. as to what they needed and what could I expect. They were very friendly and told me, among other things, that I would need to get bordatella shots for both dogs and that I could get that there when I brought the dogs in to be boarded. But after I dropped the pets off, and was vacationing in Hawaii, I received a call from Provider name locked. , telling me that my dogs needed the bordatella shot - and what did I want to do about that? That was a pain in the neck, because I had already arranged this with them prior to dropping off the pets.
Not a big thing; some internal communication glitch. Other than that, they were great and the pets seemed fine after their week's stay. I would use them again.- Senthia B.
