I was pleased he was able to do the job the same day that i called.

  • I found Provider name locked. through Angie's List. We asked them to come out and give us a quote for installing a second return for our HVAC. The technician arrived on time, said he could start work in a few days, and quoted us a reasonable price, so we hired them. They were supposed to show up on a Monday morning between 9:00 am and 9:30 am to complete the work. Nobody had arrived by 10:00 am, so we called them. They told us a technician had called in sick and they couldn't make it. We wish they had called to let us know, but we said ok and asked them when they could come. They said they could come the next day. They showed up the next day and looked around and decided they weren't sure how to go about routing the return, so they called their boss to come take a look. Their boss showed up, looked around, and told us it was too difficult and could not be done. We had to put in a second return in the house. It is very difficult to regulate temperature in the back of the house, and we were told we had to have a second return so we didn't ruin our HVAC unit, so my dad explained that to them. He talked them through the problem and offered to lower the ceiling in one hallway by 6 inches so they had more space to work with. They said that would work. My dad was only here for a week and a half so now we really had to complete the work so he could help me frame in the return and put up new drywall. Provider name locked. said they would drop off the vent and a sawzall on Wednesday so we could cut the ceiling open and be prepared for them to install the return on Thursday. Nobody showed up on Wednesday and the technician stopped returning our calls. We finally got someone from the office on the phone late on Thursday, but he couldn't get any technicians to return our calls and said they had already been out to our house once and they just weren't sure when they were going to be able to get back to my house. At this point we had bent over backwards to be accommodating and we had cut several large holes in the ceiling, and Provider name locked. was treating us very disrespectfully. My dad left on Saturday, and I now have two large holes in my ceiling and no second return.

  • They returned my call promptly, and showed up when they said they would.  They even gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes ahead of time in order to let me know they were on their way.  One of my AC units had been making noises (both inside and outside).  Provider name locked. quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem.  The technician was very friendly, and offered advice in order to increase the useful life of my AC units.  Their prompt, friendly, and cost effective service will ensure that I will remain a customer going forward.
