    Orleans Housing, LLC
First off, I went there twice with different stories from everyone. Im a single Mom in the process of Divorce Trying to buy a home knowing i was being evicted from my current residence with children, and knowing I was on a strict time schedule. They proceeded to lie and om-mitt pieces of information. Once finally approved they required almost 30% down and wanted me to pay in full to them. When I finally explained my GOFUNDME page only had 1850 and I needed to get started they agreed to except it. I should have known then something was shady. The showed me the house I was getting.. IT WAS NOT the same ONE I originally looked at. Then in providing the land for me they didnt measure or check city guidelines. Come to find out the home wouldnt fit on the land. Oh and I would need a septic tank at my cost.. I had already given them everything I had. IT would need to be moved in before the home. This was 3 weeks into suppose to be closing soon. When I backed out due to no having proper land, as the home wouldnt fit, and not having prior knowledge of the septic i couldnt afford. They refused to give me that $1850 back. They are avoiding my calls text and emails. The land Leander had no issues.. DO NOT TRUST THEM! THEY are simply there to rip you off.. Unfortunately this single momma of 3 found it out the hard way. I can't afford small claims court to get the money back so EVERYTHING that FAMILY pulled together to help with is gone.

    Reynolds Construction Company Inc.
Stacy was very courteous, great communication letting us know what was going on, keeping us informed every step of the way. He did a beautiful job blending the wood floors and seamlessly adding on the addition where it looked like it was originally built that way. We were there for part of the construction, but lived out of town for part of it as well. I never had to worry what was going on because he sent updates with photos. I highly recommend Stacy for building new homes, remodels and even small jobs like changing faucets, and even hanging blinds which he was happy to do. He is very willing to do or handle just about anything. He has a great eye and creative ideas.

    Dream Construction
Joe Rogers and Dream Construction are wonderful. I interviewed several contractors who had no clue what the problem was, but were more than willing to start ripping my house apart. I even had one contractor raise his voice to me when I informed him I hired someone else. I also had several engineers look at the problem who were also either stumped or wrong. When Joe (Rogers) from Dream Construction came and looked around, he brought an engineer with him. They were the only ones that went into the attic and an upstairs bedroom to look at the roof framing and what was load bearing. They provided me with engineering drawings and permits were pulled within about a week. It was amazing how fast the framing work was completed. Everyone on the crew was friendly, courteous and answered all of my questions. They floated the floor upstairs so that its level. The painting and finish work were great. I was so happy with the work that was going on I also had Joe redo my laundry room. I was able to text Joe and receive immediate responses! I always knew when the workers were going to show up - there were never any surprises. Joe is also a terrific human being; he even took my trash to the curb for me because I recently had surgery! I will definitely hire him again!

    VERSPRO Reconstruct
Horrible. The "completed" home has water damage from water coming into the new build. Expandable foam was used to remedy the issue. Lol any professional builder knows that wont stop water. The drain system has the drains above the graded concrete so you have puddles sitting by the drain. Worst thing is they didn't run the electrical so it can be connected to the home. Poured the concrete so now it has to be busted out so the feed cable can be buried. They want a final payment from my insurance. No way. I'm going to hire a new contractor . The city is involved now. There's a lot not done to code. Electrical inside even. My licensed electrician said it was a mess. Save yourself a headache. Hire a professional builder. I'm calling the news next if this isn't remedied quickly.

    Bantex Construction Inc
Bantex (Terry) Construction built our bathroom exactly as we wanted. All the work was top notch, from the foundation to the roof. Terry (And his assistant David) were always available and responded to any questions or issues immediately. The work performed by all the trades was excellent. I would use Bantex again before any other contractor in the area. I can not express how pleased we are with our addition, also to my great surprise Terry came in under budget!!!! He had the lowest bid we received so when the finale tally came in I was shocked. We had some extra work done and some changes so I was expecting the total to be more than the bid. Bantex is an honest and excellent company. I highly recommend them for any construction projects.

    DFW Renovation Experts LLC
This was an incredibly poor experience. We parted ways with this contractor after repeated contractual breaches, cost overruns, poor workmanship, and negligence. I will provide a few examples of our grounds for termination. (1) The contractor rarely (if ever) informed us of the subcontractors that would be onsite (breaching contract and violating the Texas Property Code). (2) Despite his fixed-price contract and detailed bid, the contractor's invoices did not once align with either the amounts or payment schedule listed in the contract. (3) The contractor claimed expenses for his (cash labor) subs while leaving third-party subs unpaid, despite the latter having completed their scope of work first. (It was later discovered that he also underreported amounts due to these third-party subs in the settlement paperwork. The cost of service listed below corresponds to the amount paid to the contractor and these subs at termination.) Beyond these obvious contractual issues, the work was substandard in many respects: (4) We provided a digital 3D model and highly detailed plans, but they were rarely found on the jobsite; instead, we often discovered deviations in dimensions and design intent from the plans that were left uncorrected, even after we pointed them out. (5) Unskilled crews were often used to perform skilled tasks, such as finish carpentry, resulting in substandard work and wasted materials. We spent more than $11,000 making repairs after terminating this contractor prior to moving forward with additional work. This project ultimately required more than 2x the budget and 3x the timeline to complete. Finally, our experience with this contractor was not unique. Shortly after our settlement, we were accidentally copied on an email from this contractor to another dissatisfied customeran email in which he complained to the customer about having to deal with this issue while on vacation!

    Capital Home Inspections
Nick Morrow is the worst home inspector I have ever used and I have used many being a Property Manager and Owner. His service and expertise are simply inadequate and if there was any type of oversight board he would receive the same level grade service I scored him. He for instance couldn't even tell that the A/C unit wasn't working. If you would like to shell out $10,000 or more because of things like this he misses on inspections than choose him. Otherwise choose anyone else.

    Ryon Construction Group, LLC
Ryon Custom Homes and Weston Ryon took on a large project with many details and exceeded our expectations in the handling of the project. When questions or issues came up he jumped right in and took care of them. We felt like he took a personal interest in our experience in making sure that we received the product we expected. Our home came out better than we anticipated. If you are looking for a company that can handle big or small construction projects this company will take care of your needs.

    Acciona Group L.L.C.
They were fast. Efficient. Courteous. ACCIONA GROUP delivered on every front with their impeccable service and professional results. I went a little over budget, but that was entirely my fault because I change a couple of things the last second. I know that Ill be turning to ACCIONA GROUP when the next opportunity arises. Keep up the good work! Thank you!
