  • .When I left a message I did not get a call back, I just kept calling until I got someone.  The pictures online were of a great facility at a great price.  It was a fine facility at a great price.  When I did get someone on the phone they were kind and courteous. I had a dog stay in the small dog room which they Provider name locked. as being "like day care for kids."  It may be like that when the dogs are out playing, but otherwise it's a cat kennel room with dogs in it.  Our dogs did not seem any worse for the wear, and the price was great, but I thought it would be a more "camp like" atmosphere and don't know if it's worth the long drive for me.  If I lived closer, I would go back.

  • Whenever Provider name locked. is scheduled to arrive for a lesson (all 6 of my doggies have received his training) he is on time and prepared.  He is professional yet friendly and my doggies love it when he arrives.

  • When I adopted an eight week old lab puppy, I instantly knew she would be a handful and would need some serious long-term training.  I knew exactly who I wanted to train my pup: Provider name locked. of Provider name locked. , based on the  positive experience of a friend.  Knowing that I had a difficult breed to train, I purchased the lifetime training package, which included weekly training sessions at my home until she is obedient, and then includes unlimited follow-up sessions, as/if needed. I consider this a good deal, since Labrador Retrievers tend to be a rambunctious breed, even after fully grown.

We have progressed quite nicely.  My little girl, Provider name locked. , has grown up and exhibits excellent manners, knows commands and heels instantly on command. None of this would have been possible without Provider name locked. 's expert training skills and patience. In addition, Provider name locked. is always punctional.

I travel frequently, and have boarded Provider name locked. with Provider name locked. on several occasions, during which time he continues to work with her training regimen.  I am really pleased that he takes the time to work with her; and, that I can leave town knowing that Provider name locked. is in good hands.

Based on my experiences (training and boarding), I wholeheartedly recommend Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. .
