  • I purchased a 2000 Honda Civic from Provider name locked. automotive in late summer 2014. Car looked clean, Carfax was clean, and the salesman looked me in the eye and told me it was a good car.

    He lied through his teeth.

    The car they sold me is a lemon.

    All of the repairs they made? Cheap parts that wear out and stretch very quickly. The items that they advertised about the car, i.e.cruise control, have never worked from day one. I asked them to fix it the day after I purchased the car and they refused.

    Since purchasing the car I have had to sink about $2000 into it. So far I've had to have the rear main gasket resealed (something they actually delayed me from purchasing the car because they "fixed" it), a new clutch, new tires, a new Provider name locked. boot, a repaired brake line, and the altenator belt had to be retightened because of the cheapness of the belts the used. The engine that looked clean and rust free had been painted over. Now I am looking at having to find another car becuase the Civic is burning oil.

    I would not recommend this dealership if my life depended on it. In fact I would warn you away from them. They use cheap parts, false advertisement, and hide behind a "no haggle" motto to get away with shoddy repair work.

  • Before looking at any cars at Provider name locked. , I found another lender who would finance a car that more closely met my needs than any Fiat. Since then, Provider name locked. continues to call and ask if I'm still looking for a car. Despite being told repeatedly that I'm not looking for a car, and to stop calling, they have continued to call. On my last interaction with them, I threatened to Provider name locked. for harassment. That *seems* to have stopped the calls, but I never know when they're going to call again.
    At this point, I wouldn't ever consider doing business with them because they won't conform to basic telemarketing practice and stop calling when told to do so.

  • I was having transmission issues and since the particular transmission in my car is known to have issues across various Provider name locked. models, I decided to take it here to get what I thought would be a proper factory diagnostic.  After keeping my car most of the day, they called back stating that I needed an oil change immediately since I was "severily low on oil" (I wasn't).  About the transmission, they claimed to not find anything (the transmission is still under warranty) and when I asked to have the transmission service done recommeded by the owner's manual I was told that "it wasn't something they do".  I thought I had brought my car to a Provider name locked. dealer trained to work on nissans and not some place that would have no clue how to perform this specific service.  I agreed to the oil change which afterwards they informed me I had oil sludge (not true) and that I possibly had engine damage.  They then handed me a list of corrective items which included things like cabin filter change, brake fluid and power steering fluid flush, changing spark plugs, etc.  Nowhere in their corrective items list was anything mentioned about investigating or even what it would take to fix the "engine damage" that I supposedly had.  In conlusion, I got no answers or resolution to my transmission worries since they claim everything is ok, refused to perform transmission service recommended by Provider name locked. , and gave a made up list of items unrelated items that had nothing to do with my visit.  It was a complete waste of time and I have to call into question the professionalism and technical aptitude of the mechanic that looked at my vehicle.  The service writer was also very unprofessional from start to finish, and overall it doesn't seem like they run the most professional or customer focused environment.
