    Neighbor kid backed into my SUV passenger side front fender. Got three estimates, one from Jeffrey's. They were professional and through doing estimate. Came in with the middle priced estimate. But they used top grade PPG materials (others did not) and they would remove and repaint the entire bumper assembly (others would spot paint and blend). They had vehicle back to me in two days and it looked great. Lifetime warranty.

    I took my car to them for repairs after I was hit from behind. The insurance covered everything but Planet Paint made sure that my car parts were replaced with new ones and not refurbished, which was nice. They also made it super convenient as far as dropping my car and getting a rental. Everything was done there.

    I would love to see this shop shut down. Do your homework on this place people! You will see tons of bad reviews! He has forged several insurance checks, including ours. His employees steal parts of your car. He is a liar. Said he had our truck for over a month only to find out it was still in the impound even though he was given a check by insurance company which he forged my sisters name!     Many excuses were given by the owner, Larry Dyson. He said he didn't have the money to fix the truck so I called the insurance company. The insurance company informed me that the check had already been cashed because my son signed the check ($3,600) over to the shop. My son is stationed in Hawaii and the check was forged by Larry. When confronted he gave more excuses and kept putting me off. Four months later he still has the truck in pieces and no money to fix it. He had also promised the insurance agent that he would reimburse me for the rental car. I am out of pocket $3,500 for the rental and still no truck.

    It was an insurance claim. It was upwards of $6500 total. They have a really good reputation. I worked with the same project manager on the project and he kept me informed at all times. There was one issue where there was some wind noise and my car should not have wind noise at all. I just took it in and he test drove it. He said, yep, we have to repair that seal. There was no questions. There just took it and took care of it. I think their number one concern is keeping their customers happy. Not a lot of auto places do that.

    Haws Paint & Body was wonderful to work with. My only complaint is that they did not file insurance while the work was being done & they had to do it after work was completed. There was a lack of communication between owners about this but I received my vehicle as promised and the work was top notch.

    We had our car in April 3rd to Master Europa because they were the only ones that said they could get to it right away, even though their quote was 4 to $500 higher than Caliber Collision, a trusted repair shop. Also their recommended tow truck charged us $169 just to go between Caliber Collision and master Europa, not a long distance at all. Three weeks later we complained about the delay, and they had torn up the car but done nothing about it. I wrote a review at that time on their site. I noticed all of the angry reviews that people complained about having their car held hostage were removed. Older happier reviews were kept. After 6 weeks and after $100 insurance we paid to take our son's car out of storage and use it we complained again and nothing had been done. Every timevwe called, it was "next week." Parts had been ordered but they were not going to get to it anytime soon we were finally told after 6 weeks, by another supervisor. told. They did at least finally offer us a rental car at that 6 week mark, and after 7 1/2 weeks they said our car was ready. The windshield wipers were installed incorrectly, the putside temperature sensor was not secured and therefore overheated and died, there were no screws attaching the lower right fog lamp which dangled after a short trip and my husband had to reattach. There was no upper clamp for the lower radiator hose. The right front headlight filled up with steam/water, etc., to which they at least said okay we will replace that. When I requested my hundred dollars insurance money back the owner said I'm sorry we can't do that. They never asked if we wanted original manufacturer's parts as their voice mail message states they frequently use, and this was all out of our own pocket since the car was no longer under insurance. Then they told us that insurance wouldn't pay for OEM parts. Like I said this was not under insurance! For the last six months or so other people have complained about the delays, but you will not see the reviews. I am copying this review in case they delete it, I will put it elsewhere. Please do not take your car here. They may have been a good company at one point as they were recommended by a trusted mechanic, but over the last six to seven months something has changed drastically for the worse. The clearcoat didn't even match the old clear coat, making our car look half-washed!

    They just charged me 250 for my deductible, but the total cost was $7000. They were great. I never had to take it back for any adjustments or anything. They sent a wrecker to pick up my vehicle. They picked me up to take my vehicle. They have excellent customer service. They did everything just right.

    I've worked for Berkeys A/C for 13 years and this level of service is what we are constantly striving to achieve! From start to finish I was impressed! I LOVE my truck and it looks better than before the accident! They even took a hump in the bumper out (that always drove me crazy!) and didn't charge for it! Every employee was courteous and professional! I will send family and friends here!
