    Ellis Smith Professional Hypnosis
I was certain I could not be put under but his voice is very soothing and trustworthy. He was able to connect to another part of my brain that I am heathy and good to go. I felt refreshed and relaxed after our session and that feeling has stayed with me.

    North Texas Orthopedics
very well This was an orthopedic clinic. I've been a patient here for at least 15 years, whenever I needed their services. The docs and staff are professional and courteous. The docs explain their diagnosis in ways that are clear and understandable. What I especially like is that they take x-rays right then and there, and develop them during your visit; and they show you the x-rays when they discuss your situation

    Ellis Smith Professional Hypnosis
The hypnosis session was very relaxing and I felt safe during the whole process. I had done some group hypnosis before but I don't feel I received any great benefit from it. The session with Ellis was completely different.

I was having difficulty moving forward with some of my goals and was dealing with just general anxiety which left me feeling very "stuck" where I was and I wanted very much to move on. I continually self-sabotaged my weight loss efforts and any diet plan I came up with went quickly out the window.

The hypnosis gave me a true re-direct. The days following our session I found a great weight loss plan that had lots of structure and accountability. I lost 30 pounds last Spring and did great on that program. I was happy about the eating plan and really happy about the subsequent weight loss.

I would recommend Ellis to anyone who needs some help getting over the things that are subconsciously holding them back. If you want to begin to move forward, he is a great ally to have on your team.

    North Texas Orthopedics

The staff is very friendly and quick to get the appointment for me.  Dr. Briseno was very helpful and showed us exactly what was going on. I have dealt with North Texas Ortho previously as my son played football all through middle and high school.  They were very kind and informative then and still remain the same, that is why I went back and will go back to them if ever needed.

The atmosphere is very serene.  I have been a number of times, have used several different therapists at this location and have never been disappointed.  They are always punctual and very professional.

My mother was transferred here late on Friday afternoon. The evening meal was served very cold. The ham on top of the chicken was so old the corners were dark and curling. There was no napkin, no offer of salt or pepper, or sweetener for the tea.
The carpet in the halls is filthy. The smell in the hall is disgusting. Patients go outside to smoke, and prop the doors open, letting smoke smell inside patient rooms. The is mold inside the double paned windows, and I don't know if they have ever been cleaned. The sheets are so old you can almost read through them, and they are stained. The bathroom is smelly. The shower curtain is stained and dirty.
My mother asked for her medication at 8:00 pm, and it was after 10 pm before someone brought it. Most of the staff don't wear identification, so you don't know if they even belong, much less if they are a nurse or a janitor. By the next morning my mother was so swollen she was unable to wear her regular clothes. The nurses seemed unphased by this. Someone did a chest x-ray on Saturday morning, and while the hospital had said her heart was fine, this place says she has congestive heart failure. While I would think that one would be concerned by a patient having that condition, no one called a doctor, even when I demanded it. They just kept saying the doctor would not call back. The evening she checked in, when I saw the deplorable conditions, I started trying to get my mother transferred to a different facility.
Getting the "supervising nurse" to fax the information was another battle. Basically he called his own on-call case worker
and left at 3 pm, without contacting us. I had to get nasty with the other nurse to get her to call the case worker and let me talk to her. Finally I just told the nurse what she needed to fax, and stood there and watched her while she sifted through the information and got it ready. They seemed more concerned with what to order for their own dinner. One time when I went to the nurse's desk, she was sitting there doing something on her personal phone.
On Saturday night, my mother called for her medication, ,and again, it was 2 hours before she got it. Today she called for it, and 30 minutes later I asked for it again. 30 minutes after that I had to go get the nurse to get on the stick and get her medication.
No physical rehab. No one pops into the room to see how she's doing. Breakfast was served with no utensils at all.
Her insurance company (WellMed/United) had not one person on staff who could do the transfer until Monday, so she is basically a prisoner here. I wouldn't bring my dog here, much less a human.

    Marinas Massage
Booking was easy; I did it on her website. Her hours of operation are astonishing, but I learned at my appointment that they simply reflect her willingness to make herself available to clients at times that suit them. She is undoubtedly a very hard worker, as she is a single mother with children still at home to raise and educate. She works for herself, so she schedules herself so that she can meet her clients' needs as well as her children's.

She was right on time and was very professional in all her protocols. She had a form for new clients to fill out so she would know more about my particular needs. She invited communication about anything that I did or did not like in terms of the level of pressure I wanted or areas that were particularly bothering me or needed to be avoided.

The massage was excellent. She definitely knows her stuff and was able to relieve some significant pain that I was dealing with. The massage I received was about midway between a Swedish massage and a deep tissue massage, and it was just what I needed. I added in some hot stones (she was offering a special to add those in) and her work with the stones was the best I have ever experienced. She doesn't just lay the stones on areas of the body; she actually uses them within the massage. The word "heavenly" springs to mind!

Since this was my first time to use her massage services, I found myself visiiting with her to get to know her a bit. She was also interested in getting to know me. I found her to be an inspirational woman who has overcome challenges in her life by working hard. I could also tell that she sincerely loves knowing that she has been helpful in making people feel better.

Her prices are very reasonable and she often has specials. She is well located for me, but she told me that the building in which she leases space is currently for sale, so she may have to relocate at some point. I don't believe the move is imminent, but anyone reading this should check her website to make sure that you know her location--just in case the address in this listing is not current. Personally, I'd be willing to drive a considerable distance to have a massage from her.

    The Aura Clinic
When the ritual is finished, I feel a little groggy but really happy.  I usually go home and listen to meditation music, and sleep like a baby that night.  For many days afterward, I keep this balanced, happy feeling in my spirit...which is such a wonderful way to live.  I consider it like taking my car to the mechanic for a tune-up....I just take my human self to Ryan for MY tune-up!  I can tell when I need to go...irritable and stresses that wont go away with my normal prayer & meditation techniques that he actually taught me.

Ryan is a consummate professional, with great insights and intuitive abilities to discern what needs to be addressed in your mind/body/spirit at each session.  He customizes the work to the size does not fit all.

His tarot and psychic readings are also very accurate, and he doesn't sugar coat what he feels or advises.  I like that because I want to hear it like it is, rather than just telling me what I want to hear.

Ryan and his family are excellent at what they do, and I recommend them with high regard.

ps-  a little about me- early 50's, conservative, college educated, mother, & executive manager at a large non-profit..

He is outstanding. I've been using him on and off for about three years. He is very gentle and he eliminates the pain within the first visit. He is not rough at all. The staff is friendly. He is quick. You're not in there forever. He gets you in and he gets you out.

    Massage By Janel

It was a first time thing. It was awesome and she was very nice. I talked to her back and forth through emails. Whenever my wife has to go for any other there thing she is just going to go to her. She is really great and I grade her as an A. Everything was accurate and I think my wife said it was the best massage she has ever got. She has had quite a few over the years.
