  • We had used this provider before, and you can read my review on them from Provider name locked. 2014. I gave them an F.

This review is about a phone call I just received from them. They call every year about specials they are running. My husband tells them we had a horrible experience and asks them to quit calling. They never do. I should have known the first time to stay away from a company who was cold-callibg even though we are on the Do Not Call list.

But today takes the cake; it is a great representation of their lack of customer service and total rudeness. The man did his introductory pitch to which I very kindly replied that I appreciate the call, but we are not intrested in this service. I asked if he could please put us on their "Do not call list." With more disdain than I can describe in a post, the man actually replied "No, that's not my job," then slammed the phone down. I know cold calling is a hard job, but there is never any excuse for that behavior... especially when the potential customer is being perfectly courteous.

    Stay away fom his company!!

  • I purchased an Angie's list $99 vent cleaning deal. They performed the service, as far as I know. There were a lot of problems not related to the service. They didn't listen to any of the things I told them when they arrived, such as: which electrical outlets to use and which ones not to use. I told them from the get go that certain outlets were on the same circuit, and not to overload them, but they ignored my instructions and plugged in their enormous machine in one outlet and their industrial shop vac in the other. This caused a problem wherein they overloaded the circuits and then, they would not tell me what was wrong. They wanted to know where the breaker box was, so of course I asked what happened and they wouldn't Provider name locked. up. Then I figured it out, so I told them to HOLD ON while I go and find the map of all the circuits in the house, so I could show them which breaker to flip. While I was in my office looking for the circuit map, they ignored my instruction to HOLD ON and went ahead and just tripped all the breakers in the box, which cut the electricity in my office where I was working, which shut off my computer and made me Provider name locked. some of my work. After that, one whole section of the house wouldn't turn back on, and it wasn't even related to the circuit they had blown to begin with. When it all finally got straightened out, then they plugged my 5-Provider name locked. Ozarka dispenser back in and somehow managed to jam the button in, so my fresh Ozarka water drained onto my kitchen floor. Needless to say, I was just happy to be rid of them when they left. After they left, I found that 4 deep scratches and gouges in my new, expensive glass storm door. I guess they didn't think they needed to bother using the latch that holds the door open and they just pushed their big machine out through the door and scratched it up on their way out. I won't be calling them again.
