  • I decided to call Provider name locked. to get an estimate based on the terrific reviews that I read, and I'm so happy I did!  Provider name locked. , the owner of the company, answered my call right away and scheduled an appointment with me for the following day.  His professionalism is outstanding!  He called me in the morning to confirm our appointment and kept me posted on what his ETA would be.  Once he arrived we discussed my needs and then he proceeded to take measurements.  We went over the various options and ideas that he had, went over the various costs for each, and I set up an order that same day without ever getting a 2nd estimate.  I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and I loved his good energy.  Perhaps I could have gotten the blinds cheaper from some other company, but you usually get what you pay for.  Provider name locked. only orders his window treatments from a reputable manufacturer who he knows will do a great job, and he is very particular in making sure everything turns out perfect!  Provider name locked. also does all of the installations himself, by the way.  After the order was placed, he called me a couple of times to keep me posted as to when the blinds would be ready, and then to set up a time for the installation.  He showed up exactly when he said he would, came prepared, and immediately went to work.  The blinds look great and we are very happy with them!  Provider name locked. did a fantastic job from start to finish and made sure that I was completely satisfied before he left.  I highly recommend using this company, as we plan to do so again in the future!  We have gotten many compliments on our new blinds and I have recommended Provider name locked. to many of my friends, one of which has already placed an order!

  • Installations went fine. The blinds are very nice but definitely not room darkening. I had an issue with the remote blinds at one time. When I called about it, I was questioned that perhaps I did not know how to use them as her children sometimes mess up their remotes! I was rather put off by that remark.

    That issue was resolved. Next I had one of the blinds not retrack properly. I called. They scheduled and came out. I ask that they please replace the batteries in the remote blinds while they were there since I cannot reach them. I was told I needed 8 AA batteries. I actually had about 20 onhand.

    When the service men arrived, he said the blind with the retrack problem was because the pull was too close too the wall. I explained that I had used the blinds everyday and it was not because it was close to the wall. He reluctantly agreed and said the spring needed to be replaced. He took the blind down. Then they went to replace the batteries. I needed

     12 AA per blinds. 36 in all. I said I would run to the drugstore and pick up the rest. He said they had other places to go. I insisted and he did wait. When the repaired blind was brought back, he shoved it into the plastic casing. I watched him. The next day when I went to pull it down, it fell off the casing. My husband looked at it and said it was broken.

    Again I called. I was told they would order the part. Two weeks later, she called and said her guys would be in our area, could they come and fix it. I  had to work that day. She said, I'll try again. Haven't heard a word!!

    I find them to be rude, if there is a problem, they try to make it your fault, if something happens and you the customer have to wait and wait or if they cause the issues, no apologies ever!!

    Would never recommend or use them again.

  • From start to finish, a great experience.  We needed new roller blinds to black out all outside light in our bedroom (the dog freaks out when he sees heat lightning, which is a nightly occurrence during the summer in South Florida).  Service was prompt, efficient and most of all it's working!  I don't even know if there's been any lightning in the past week.  From initial consultation to completion was about two weeks.   And we're all sleeping much better now!  Plus the blinds are beautiful!
