Provider name locked. Vacuum showed up promptly and on time.
They are very professional and know a great deal about central vacuum systems,.
They correctly diagnosed the problem and did the necessary repairs in 90 minutes.
They also cleaned the work area when he was finished.
We were extremely impressed by the service and professionalism.

Professional salesperson. Provided honest information; was very interested in making sure I purchased the "right" one for my type of flooring.

I called with a bobbin problem for an inexpensive Singer machine that was at least 7 years old. I wasn't sure it would be worth fixing but Provider name locked. said it wouldn't cost anything to look at it and for him to tell me if it would be repairable for a decent price. I brought it in the next day and a younger man with aqua-colored hoops in his earlobes said it would be free for him to look at it but if I wanted him to actually touch it it would cost $79.00. I said I hadn't paid that much for the machine in the first place, maybe $150 new to which he replied "you get what you pay for". It took me twenty minutes to drive there to be told my machine was a cheap old one which is what I told Provider name locked. over the phone. I really wish they would have been honest with me and not wasted my time!
