ACity Roofing & Construction IncCity Roofing had an inspector at our house within a few days of contacting them and they were able to get us an estimate a few days after that. Additionally, unlike other companies, they were able to schedule the repair for the following week. The repair crew showed up as scheduled. As they began their work, they discovered a second area that had a leak. Anaiz in the central office contacted me and discussed our options and provided a quote on the spot for the additional work. After we agreed to the extra work, they added a third person to the repair crew and had both areas repaired in the two days they had originally quoted. The crew also took pictures and provided additional documentation to support our successful insurance claim. Overall, very happy with our experience!- Brian D.

When I accepted, they sent the contract by email in a way I could sign it online. Impressive during this Covid-19 pandemic. They were able to do the job within a week of signing. AJ & K Roofing IncWe had a few leaks in our roof and found J&K on Angie's List. Mike came out to give us an estimate and, after talking with him, we felt so good about his knowledge and expertise that we agreed on the spot to accept the estimate and get the work done. Just a few days later we received a call that they were ready to start. We had two valleys and a spot above a window repaired. Kevin and Don were amazing. It was 90 degrees on the ground, so I can't imagine what the temp was on the roof. They removed the tiles carefully so as to reuse them and took great care to clean up any debris. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very cordial and friendly. We were very impressed with their skills and work ethic. Now we are ready for hurricane season with a roof that won't leak. Would definitely recommend J&K as an honest, local business with fair pricing.- Kenneth D.

AWhen I first had Angie's list send out requests for estimates, they called me within 10 minutes. Even after I mentioned I wanted a couple more estimates (to repair a roof leak), he graciously offered to place a tarp over the area where he found the leak and did so even though it had started to rain a little (fortunately he finished before it rained harder). A couple days after I hired them they showed promptly and performed the repair. They were courteous, professional and provided photos of the area where they laid new underlayment and the tiles after the work was finished. They repaired a couple of times that had cracked as well. It has rained hard since the repair and my ceiling is still dry. I would recommend New Era Roofing without hesitation.

AIt took a few calls before I was able to speak with someone but once I spoke with Jose, he had a team come out that same day and then he came out on Saturday to review it and Monday he came and manage the team. No charge. He said the team missed an area that they should have notice even though it didn't have anything to do with the initial estimate.
