    Renslow, Dr. Brett
This doctor takes time with his patients. He cares and is exceptional in technique. Dr. Renslow has made a huge difference in my overall health! He takes most insurance and has offered to work with me if I have no insurance. They don't make chiropractors like this anymore!

    Massage Therapist
It's hard for me to find a massage therapist strong enough to give me a proper deep tissue massage. Monica is strong enough to do this consistently throughout the entire massage removing tension from my stressful job. She spends an adequate amount of time on all areas leaving me tension free. She is highly recommended.

    Massage Envy Fort Lauderdale MM#24125
They raised their prices in the middle of my contract and refused to honor the contract rate. I have been a customer for over 5 years with 3 massages per month. I received no communication on the rate increase. They have good massage therapists and never had an issue with them.

    Massage & Stretch Center
NO CONTRACT! I didn't feel like I was falling into the Massage Envy Scam. After an hour massage focusing on my shoulder the pain is gone. Orlay did a great job!! I love supporting small businesses and this was definitely worth my time (and low introductory rate!). I will definitely come back.

    Cort's Massage
Highly recommend buying the package of 5 massages for $220. Go to a frilly spa and pay that much for a day. Corts you'll get 5 - 50 minute massages. The owner Brian is a very nice guy. Tops in my book. I've been going there for a year and see Mykola, he's great!

    Modern Medicine
I had been recommended to Dr. Vanderbrook by a fellow athlete who mentioned him and some of the cutting edge techniques he is using for sports injuries.  I have a major back issue and have had for 20 years and some minor pains and discomfort with my neck and tennis elbow.  The first appointment was great. He was very detailed and thorough and showed me stuff about y body I did not know.
He adjusted me at the end and the pain was gone.  He also recommended a new technique for athletes that relieves a lot of pain for things like tennis elbow, knee pain and other common sports injuries.  It was called shockwave and was not covered by my insurance.  It was very affordable only $50 and it was great.
I had a great experience and will continue to use him and would recommend him to others,

    Massage Envy
My family was a member of Massage Envy Weston for almost 4 years.  My recent and ongoing experiences with them is horrible!  As a result, I am now a class member in a federal lawsuit against Massage Envy.
This new federal ruling (Hahn v. Massage Envy Franchising LLC) prohibits Massage Envy, nationally, from cancelling out massages after your membership has been cancelled by them or you (even for non-payment).  The franchiser has agreed to reimburse members for a large portion of their confiscated massages and will be paying about $8 million in legal fees to the class members' attorneys.
Basically, and as an example of why the practice was found to be illegal, if you've been paying your fee each month but didn't get a massage that month you would accumulate an unused massage.  You would need to stay a member until all of those unused massages are used.  This would require you to get several massages a month, even if you don't want this.  Their illegal "rule" makes it impossible to get only one massage a month as a member.  You would accumulate a new massage with each month of membership.  Therefore, you would never be able to use all of your massages.  WHAT FRAUD!!!
The owner of the Weston location, Ms. O'brien, has no people skills and makes no effort to keep long term clients.  I had 3 accounts at that location and was a good client, tipping well, not missing appointments and not complaining about bad massages.  I also referred friends and family.
When Ms. O'brien informed me that she had cancelled my memberships, she was h*** bent punishing us and enforcing her self-serving, unethical "rules" that have been found to be illegal, rather than asking what she could do to maintain us as clients.  We even offered to pay for the 2 months that Ms. O'brien claims our credit card didn't work.  Ms. Obrien claims she contacted us in writing and by phone.  I never receive a letter, email or call from Ms. O'brien.
I eat next door to her location every weekend and would stop into the Massage Envy location for a last minute availability.  Never did the manager, Robin, (who I was on a first name basis and knew me well) say "hey, we have a problem with your credit card."  Also, the very same credit-card that Ms. O'brien suggested was not working, is my main credit-card, is paid in full every month, has a high credit limit and continues to work without issue.  Ms. O'brien is the only vendor that ever had a problem with that card.
Ms. O'Brien shouldn't be in the service business and allowed to take advantage of people.  Ms. O'Brien prays on people's ignorance and passiveness and hides behind illegal business practices.  Fortunately a federal court has found this to be illegal and Ms. O'Brien will now need to make good.  I suspect this will come at a tremendous financial hardship, which is why she continues to violate the law.
Also, Ms. O'brien's location is run by young, inexperienced people, who claim that "they couldn't reach her even if the location was burning down!"
Ms. O'Brien refused to call me back on the weekend and boasted how she doesn't work on the weekends.  As a business owner that operates on the weekends, where is her responsibility to her clients?  How hard is it to make a return call or reply to an email, simply stating "I'll call you back on Monday".  Again, poor business skills and very frustrating.  Ms. O'Brien is a narcissistic bully.  I would bet dinner on the fact that she was picked on in grade school and is now extracting her revenge!  It is beyond impossible to believe that she would behave the way she did to my family.
Also, I've experienced on many occasions that this location rarely has availability, again, causing you to accumulate massages that you may not ever get a chance to use (until and if Ms. O'Brien begins to follow the law).
Additionally, the turnover is high, both with management, front desk help and therapists.  It seems that the better therapists move on to higher paying jobs.  Once you get comfortable with a good therapist, they leave.
I would encourage any prospective client to do their homework.  Regrettably, there are lots of complaints about Ms. O'Brien and her Weston location.  Seek-out a better alternative.

    Crazy Good Massage
Finding someone to work out the muscles in my neck and back can be challenging enough, but finding someone who will do it in MY home and work with MY schedule is close to a miracle... but Phil did.  I found Phil's services here on Angie's List and made my first appointment online.  I received an online confirmation from Phil as well as a text message the day of the massage.  He was prompt, professional and genuinely concerned about my well being.  He gave me a deep tissue massage and I felt immediate results.  I scheduled a second appointment with him the same week.  As he worked on my neck and back I could feel the loosening of the muscles and I could feel him working the surface layer of knots out of my neck and back.  He shared with me the various massage packages that his company offers and, as the expression goes, it was a "no brainer" to buy a package.  I purchased the gold package which is $500 for 10 massages... only $50 an hour.  When was the last time you got an hour massage for $50 in the comfort of your own home?  One day, my son, who unfortunately has inherited his mother's back, was experiencing back pain.  Phil allowed me to use an hour of my package for my son.  No extra fees, no lecture, just a great massage. Phil is not only a good person, but a great masseuse and he is flexible when you have to change appointments.  I have recommended him to my friends and I highly recommend him to you.

    Prana Massage and Beauty
I liked both of them. However, I prefer a deeper massage which David gives. The big issue is making an appt. Most of the time you get a machine and when they call you back if you miss them, you have to start the process again. I prefer if they could at least leave availabilities so I could call back and confirm one on their answering machine.
