  • Provider name locked. responded promptly to request and followed up on the specifics of the work needing to be done.  Personal and professional and offered recommendations for services that were outside his specialty.  Was very efficient with his time.  He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend his services.

  • Arrived right on time. Worked a long, hard day, but didn't leave until all the work was completed.  All of the work was done to high standards. They cleaned up nicely after themselves. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Also, very pleasant to have around. I had gotten one other estimate and they were both about the same amount, so I assume that Provider name locked. ' prices are competitive. You will not be disappointed in Provider name locked. .

  • On August 17,2014, I purchased an Angie's Big Deal offered by A&M for "$129 for $225 of Electrical Services. I received an email asking me to list the jobs I wanted done: 1) a single bulb chandelier that suddenly failed to light, 2) landscape lights in front of house also failed to light, 3) 5 landscape  spotlights in rear that I wanted moved.
The owner, Raf, called me to say that it was too much work to be completed in the 2 hours covered by the Big Deal ( which basically is - pay for one hour and get one hour free. I agreed to be billed for any extra time at the regular rate of $125, and we set a date.
On August 27, two personable young men arrived exactly on time and set to work, first on the chandelier.  He tested for power at the dimmer switch and took down the chandelier to test at the ceiling connection, finding power at both locations. He concluded that the problem was that the wiring to the light fixture needed to be rewired and called Raf who verified his diagnosis. He recommended an electrical repair shop that would do it. So the fixture sat on the floor as we moved on to the next job outside.
    2) He quickly determined that the timer box needed a new transformer which he didn't carry in his van nor a new timer either.
So we moved on to the third job of moving the spotlights. He said that that was easy and then asked me if I had 40 feet of outside electrical landscape wire. I couldn't believe it. I wondered why they needed a huge van if they weren't using it to carry basic electrical equipment - like wire !!!!  That's like my doctor asking me if he could borrow my stethoscope !  He said that he would then have to drive around to find a supplier . And he left ! I made note of the time because this shopping expedition would be on my so called "free hour". He came back after 55 minutes.
So much for the Angie's Big Deal.
They quickly completed the third job, billed me an extra $48.40 for the wire and left.
I then took the chandelier to the repair shop Raf recommended. Provider name locked. attached it to a hot wire and it lighted immediately. He did  this several times and concluded that there was nothing wrong with the wire.
When I got home I called Raf and told him what happened. He said he couldn't understand it - his testing equipment doesn't lie. And neither do my eyes i told him. I was ready to give up and end the call when Raf volunteered to send the guys back to rehang the fixture even though he was still sure that the problem was in the wiring. I said I had nothing to Provider name locked. so I agreed. He said that he would have them here by the end of the week. This was a Wednesday. He said he would have to check the schedule and would call me back.
He never called. The electricians never came.
And this is my main reason for giving an F for Professionalism and Responsiveness. I absolutely refuse to do business with a contractor who promises to do something and then reneges on his own promise.
