We signed contract with Provider name locked. ,Inc on 1/22/15.We paid deposit . They started work in April and we were required to pay second installment. As soon as they did demolition, they demanded additional payment , threatening work stoppage despite contract stipulation of payment after plumbing and tile work is completed. It was not the last time they threaten to stop working -we went through that routine twice more. When we ask contractor to follow timelines of payment he signed on contract, he told us he would not honor contract, if we will not pay on his demand, he will drop the project. The contract stated that 4th installment is due after work passes inspection and final payment on completion of the job. They send us a bill for a final payment in the middle of Provider name locked. , claiming that work is finished and ready for inspection. We paid final bill of $6249at the end of Provider name locked. . On August 12(as we found out later) electrical inspection failed, plumbing inspection had not been done and final inspection was not done either. We were assured that everything was finished and we could move in. When we came to apartment on September 21 we saw that they are redoing the bathroom, because tiles were falling out. At that point (after my wife said how she felt about it) thy demanded an E-mail from us, which they pretty much compose, absolving them from any wrongdoing otherwise they would not continue work. Over a period of a month bathroom has been redone twice. When we left for New Provider name locked. , due to family circumstances, bathroom still was not finished, despite contractor's claim that everything is done. But tile work has to be redone, shower stall is crooked, shower door has chipped glass and does not slide. Besides bathroom problems all the doors that have been installed use old frames and not trimmed contrary to contract agreement. Some of the new tiles in living room and bedroom have been chipped, scratched and stained. We can not replace tiles on a floor, manufacturer discontinue this size of this particular tile. It took 11 month between we bought tiles and time cintractor dropped the project. All appliances in the kitchen had to be reinstalled by kitchen cabinet company. Electrical inspection failed. We were told by licensing department that license used by Provider name locked. ,Inc belongs to kitchen cabinet company Provider name locked. Cabinets, which uses different address and different principal name . We have no knowledge if it is proper, but it does not sound Provider name locked. to us. Bathroom walls have holes, shower can not be used due to multiple problems, all in all apartment can not be occupied. Representative of a company told us he will be our project manager, but when we start asking questions, owner took over and bullied us. Contact us if any questions.

I stopped into Provider name locked. to consult with Provider name locked. on remodeling my kitchen. I let him know I had begun pricing cabinets at big-box stores and other small retailers. He told me to finish my comparison-shopping and return with quotes. I did. Very pleased to find that the adornus line, which is solid wood, soft close, etc., came in very reasonably priced compared to others. In fact lower than most. One of the more pleasing aspects of working at Provider name locked. was working specifically with Provider name locked. . He helped with the design and planning. Came to my house on a couple of occasions to work out kinks. Very flexible and easy to adjust plans along the way. Highly recommend! I have received numerous compliments on these cabinets.

My partner and I are a same-s** couple from New Provider name locked. . In 2011, we purchased a single family home in the upscale neighborhood of Coral Ridge in Fort Provider name locked. . I am a realtor in New Provider name locked. and Florida. Our new house needed renovation, so I asked a colleague at my office for a referral. This contractor took our money, then demolished half the interior, and never showed up again. We quickly learned that there aren't many honest contractors in South Florida. We went to our LGBT attorney in Provider name locked. Manors who helped us go after the swindling contractor.
During our conversations with our attorney, we talked about our need to proceed with our renovations and our attorney recommended Provider name locked. . He said that Provider name locked. is a good friend and that they play softball together. So I called Provider name locked. for a proposal. He came over, we signed the contract (even though it was alot of money), and then the horror story started. His workers are the worst. His wife, Provider name locked. , has a cleaning business on the side, but her workers are not good at all.
In addition, two of his workers, Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. , are very passive aggressive. They do not speak English. My partner and I were not home during the days, and they would leave the doors open and let in all kinds of bugs and mosquitoes. They left the back door wide open when they left at the end of the day. This happened more than once. Provider name locked. 's worker, Provider name locked. the plumber, had an assistant who cleaned his tools in our pool making rust stains on the steps and floor of the pool. Provider name locked. 's tile guy severely damaged my floors and used my garage as a workshop without my permission damaging some furniture I had stored in there. His electrician, Provider name locked. of Powerpoint, put electrical outlets in the wrong places and damaged my new backsplash.
My brand new interior doors were painted by hand with dirty rollers instead of spray painting them. So much went wrong....I could go on and on. Provider name locked. was hardly ever here to supervise his workers. I paid an additional $18,000 to another company for my new kitchen appliances. At the time of delivery, Provider name locked. and his workers did not treat them with care. So many of my possessions got damaged and my window treatments were also damaged. It turned out to be such a mess! I called our LGBT attorney in Provider name locked. Manors and found out that he was not in good health now and was dying.
We let Provider name locked. finish what he said he was going to do. It took six long months, much longer than what the contract promised. He said he would put a Provider name locked. on our property if we challenged his charges. I got scared when he said he owned a gun. We paid him a total amount of $93,430.40. We had to refinance our property to replenish our savings after paying him. But our bank wanted the Notice of Commencement terminated before giving us the loan. Provider name locked. would not do that, even after paying him. He wanted my partner and me to sign a "letter of 100% satisfaction" which we refused to sign.
We had to hire another attorney to terminate his Notice of Commencement. That was another cost we had to pay. I could go on and on about the weird and crazy things Provider name locked. and his workers did to us. I have emails and photos. In fact, I have a final email from Provider name locked. that is coarse and vulgar.
Provider name locked. 's company has been on Angie's List since 2013. No one wrote a review until recently. I believe that these "good" reviews are faked, since they contain the same language. Believe me, my review is the truth. Stay away from Provider name locked. and his company.
I waited two years before writing this review. I really feel rooked! Over the past two years, I have had contractor after contractor over the house trying to get things back to normal. Provider name locked. does terrible work and they don't care about customer service or customer satisfaction. I believe all they care about is the almighty dollar. Provider name locked. even bragged to me about getting his wife a Rolex watch and buying his daughter a brand-new car. Check out Provider name locked. 's facebook page and you can see what I mean (Provider name locked. .a.Provider name locked. ">https://www.facebook.com/Provider name locked. .a.Provider name locked. ). He even tries to recruit sub-contractors through his Facebook page!
