I had problems with them when they were changing over their computer system. If you ask me they have not totally been resolved. Going back to 2013 I corrected some bills. The problem is you never get the same person when you call there.; you get whoever happens to answer the phone. They put the stuff in the system, which you don't really have any continuity if you are working on resolving an issue. They said it was right and I had some money coming back. Well, here it is, almost 2016 and I am still waiting for the money. I am in Provider name locked. County. I just use my card wherever I go. I just go to a hospital or doctor and they bill Provider name locked. and they eventually take care of the bill. I would say their price is competitive with other people. Nobody has been communicating with me for quite some time. I did all of the communicating, but it was all on behalf of my wife. The coverage is pretty good.- Donald N.
After numerous tests, dr visits, even though I had reached my deductible, all the services rendered to me were considered non covered. The EOBs differed from the actual costs of the service. I ended up paying for the insurance as well as for the procedures and the tests. I did understand the policy and was aware of the lack of coverage, but Uniterd Health did not even authorize the providers to use the repriced charge--nor were they interested in working with me. I would never, ever use this company in any circumstance. I am changing tomorrow, even though I go on Medicare in 2 months. BEWARE!!!!

I was so relieved when Provider name locked. took all of my information over the phone and completed the application process for me. Within days I received my insurance card and confirmation of coverage. I am very grateful to Provider name locked. for making a daunting process virtually effortless. He is the best.- Eliana D.
