  • Due to the horror stories I've heard about weight loss centers I was a little skeptical at first, but the service and care I personally received was wonderful. Everybody is very nice and Dr. Mallow is very knowledgeable. Didn't have a long time to get an appointment and see the doctor. They have very fair and affordable program prices. Before you go to any where else, give Dr. Gary Mallow Center for Medical Weight Loss in Plantation a try.

  • From the time I contacted my doctor's to schedule the appointment to the time in which I signed in and they updated my insurance information, all was well... or so I thought. A little background info: I've been visiting this practice for years - first seeing Dr. Peralta and then migrating over to seeing Virginia. I used to visit their old location in a Weston and made the move with them to their new office nearby the Weston Town Center. Every time I've visited this office, the staff has generally been pretty good - welcoming and helpful. Despite having to wait on average 20-30 min before I'm seen, I continue to come back. This visit; this visit was much different than anything I've experienced at this practice. Looking back at what transpired, I can only think that every individual in that office had something to prove this afternoon. Let's recap on my visit... I arrived at 3:30pm for a 3:30pm appointment - immediately providing the staff with my new insurance card. I sign in and my name is called a few minutes later to notify me that I do not have a copay. Great! I have a seat and don't get up until 4pm rolls around. I walk up to the receptionist desk and politely inquire as to how much longer my wait should be. The receptionist responded that Virginia is running a little bit behind, before Brian (I believe this is his name) turns around and says she's running an hour behind. I respectfully look at the both of them and respond, "you should call people to let them know this". They both were quick to blame Virginia - more specifically, the patient that Virginia was with. I asked them why they did not inform me she was running behind when I arrived 30 minutes prior. They both stated that they were unaware and used the card, "it's not our fault". It is your fault. A representative of a company should never respond in that manner. Unfortunately, given this last experience that I've had with Dr. Peralta's office, I will be moving on and locating a new PCP. A simple acceptance of responsibility on behalf of the staff would have gone a long way. Albeit I would have still been upset, most folks don't want to leave an appointment after waiting around for 30 minutes. Best of luck in correcting the internal issues that have developed into what is now an unplessurable experience.

  • I never had a visit with him because I couldn't get an appointment. I selected him as my primary care as he was accepting new patients, and when I was sick last March, I called for an appointment, and they said I could see him in August, and I said I am sick now. They said I could see a PA today, hence he should not be putting down that he is accepting new patients. The availability was non-existent. The staff was really rude. I changed my provider.

  • We use Cleveland Clinic. I use them Monday. I went there for my allergies. I go to my general pracitioner, cardiology, I mean, they're all there. In general, my complaints about them is that it's very hard to get a hold of a doctor and the appointment process isn't handy. I will use them again.

  • Dr. Goldstein is my primary physician. My wife is a patient as well. The doctor is very nice, knowledgable and has a great bed side manner. He takes his time with you and is quick to send you for testing or run preventative tests. The staff is nice and I usually can get an appointment the same day when calling in the morning if i am very sick. Overall I really like Dr. Goldstein and would recommend him to family and friends.

  • Being a senior, I see her every three or four months to check on blood tests and medication adjustments.  She also coordinates care with my specialists.  I have always found her to be professional, competent, and very caring.  Her office staff is the best.

  • I think because it is a teaching hospital they have an excellent reputation. I like their doctors and treatments. I am very very pro Cleveland Clinic. I am extremely particular about my doctors. Everything is right there, your primary doctor your specialist. The labs and x-rays are all there. If your primary wants you to see a specialist the referral process is super easy. I don't think there is any hospital that I would rather have surgery at to choose over Cleveland Clinic. The one thing I do dislike is their billing process. Their statements are hard to decipher. It is kind of hard to tell if you owe them money or don't or how much you owe them so you kind of have to go on faith basis. The billing process is slow after you have procedure done it might be a couple months later.

  • I've been going to Dr. Rey for about a year at the recommendation of a friend, and I'm happy with her services.  Her staff keeps wait times to about 15 or 20 minutes, and she's friendly yet straightforward.
