I worked with Provider name locked. from Provider name locked. to install a basketball hoop with a Provider name locked. net including the pole pad which he charged me around $200. He installed everything except the pole pad and promised me that he will send the pole pad by mail. The installation took place around end of Provider name locked. 2015 and as of today (Oct 29 2015) , I still haven't got my pole pad. I tried to email him and call him numerous times and never get any response from him regarding this and that's the reason I am writing this review to let other people know that be aware of this company and be careful to deal with this company to avoid these kind of situations.

Provider name locked. , owner, was very responsive to come collect the deposit check after we contacted him for installation. He cashed the check and "put us in the que." When we were ready to install, we did not hear back from Provider name locked. for several weeks (and many attempts to contact him). Finally the foundation was poured (6 weeks after payment) and instead of returning 3 days later as told, he came back 2 weeks later after again repetitive calls and emails. He was on site within 1 hour of completion of the installation to collect the final payment. Work performed was acceptable when it was done.

You have to keep in mind that the weather plays an important role in when they can get to you! It took a little longer than I would have liked for them to make it out to me but they had no control over the weather.
Provider name locked. , the owner, returned my emails within 24 hours and was always very honest and professional as to where I was in line.
When our number was finally up, Provider name locked. (Provider name locked. ?) came out on Wednesday afternoon to dig the hole and pour the concrete. Saturday morning Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. returned and had the hoop ready in one hour. Very professional and no problems at all.
