  • We rented our house and used Rental Network for the Property Management company. The Property Manager Linda did not verify/background check the tenants. They already have complaints for the same exact problem we have with them. Linda also would not regularly check on the property. She found out someone was living there that was not on the lease and did nothing. She didn’t even notify me until after the tenants were evicted. When we did not receive payments, we were told there was an issue with the bank, only to find out days later the payment was never paid by the tenants. The Property Manager Linda had almost no contact with us during the rental period. Once the tenants were evicted, Linda failed to secure the property properly. The house was broken into 2 times before we fired them. They are still trying to charge us for changing the locks while they were responsible for damage to the property. Now, they are not returning our phone calls and make no effort to contact us, despite multiple messages being left. This company has no regard for the property they manage or the clients they represent.

  • He was the most realistic of the four or five agents that we talked to.  He and his team were extremely professional and informative.  He was extremely responsive.  He charged a standard broker percentage of around 3%.

  • First I had a meeting with one of the agents. He answered all of my questions (I had a lot), told me how their contracts work, and gave me some discount codes to local suppliers to help me with my rehabs. They had a list of contractors in the area that were reliable for doing investment rehabs. They also work with Sherman Bridge Lending that will lend on these discounted properties with pretty good rates.
Then they would send me an analysis of the properties a few times a week, with the CMA and MLS datasheets so I can see how they got their estimates. They were always very accurate.
He met me at the property I wanted and walked me around, telling me what needed repairs and I gave him my opinion. It needed a lot of work, but more work means a bigger return in my opinion. New flooring, rebrick the outside, remodel the kitchen and bathroom, get rid of a weird shelf (for a phone back in the day) in the hallway, etc.
In the end I am very satisfied with them. I bought three properties and I plan on buying more from them, they are the most reliable source for an investor who doesn't have the time or resources to advertise and analyze their own. It actually saves me time and money by not having to go through the negotiating process (their prices are fixed) and submitting offers, doing a CMA on my own, and doing all the due diligence.

  • Heather Feiner and Cherrie Warren were our realtors through USAA Buyer's Advantage. Our original realtor was unresponsive and so Heather/Cherrie had to play catchup when we arrived in El Paso for the first time, needing to buy a house before the school year began. Although we were new to desert living, evaporative vs refrigerated A/C, zero-scape, pools, and rocks walls, they were patient as we looked a dozens of houses in several different school districts. I would recommend their services without reservation.

  • The word AMAZING doesn't even get close to describe LIZY BENAVIDES!
To me, it is very important to take time to acknowledge when an individual goes above and beyond their duties. Lizy has actually exceeded my “very high expectations.” Lizy has provided us a world-class customer service, like the one you ONLY experience at the Ritz-Carlton hotels or at Neiman Marcus.
I have to be honest, from the beginning, I didn't want to deal with only one agent, because in the past, it seemed that the agent's we have met, didn't have our best interest in mind. What a pleasurable surprise when we met Lizy, she is such a pleasure to do business with. Lizy's Mom has been a realtor agent for over 25 years, probably that experience has been transferred to Lizy. Lizy and her Mom are both a true professionals.
We were VERY impressed, the first day we met Lizy, she was INCREDIBLE and ALWAYS on-time! Lizy was available all the time, either to meet with us or to talk over the phone. She was so willing to spend endless hours with us. During several weeks she showed us so many houses around Westside El Paso. Lizy also offered us options that we had not thought about, and houses we had not considered. Lizy even showed us houses that were below our budget, it didn't matter to her that her commission would've been less, it didn't matter to her. How many people have you met that are willing to cut their pay in order to find what you are looking for? We have never had such an enjoyable experience looking for a house.
Lizy was never discouraged or upset or inpatient, even after we have seen sooooo many houses, on the contrary she was ALWAYS so patient and optimistic that we would find the house we would like. For endless hours, Lizy kept looking around, finally her efforts paid off, when she found our DREAM HOUSE.
Individuals like Lizy, who possesses “soft skills” and are willing to go the extra mile for her customers are priceless and very hard to find.
    Such commitment to
world class customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that we will continue to do business with Lizy, at Coldwell Banker, for years to come, and highly recommend her to all of our friends in Texas and to ALL OF YOU!

  • Jennifer Talavera is a life saver. This was our first time buying a home and I am very thankful for her. She was patient and never pushy. My husband works full time and I am a full time student with two toddlers and she made the home buying process painless. I had tons of questions and she always pointed me in the right direction. I am recommending her to all of my friends who are looking to buy or sell.

  • Ms. Lovett was available to show me any house at most any time I chose.  I never felt any pressure from her and always felt comfortable in her presence.  She answered the phone promptly nearly every time I called.  If she could not, I never had to wait more than a few minutes for her to return my call.  When I had a vehicle problem, she drove me in her own vehicle to view the house.  Another time, she spent nearly an hour in a traffic jam to show me around the neighborhood so I could view the house from the street above.  We viewed houses on both sides of town and she spent many hours talking to me on the phone and at the various listings we viewed as she earnestly tried to understand what I was looking for.  I also received over two dozen emails from her in the course of my search, so I was always well informed.  She is a consummate listener and it is very interesting to listen to her speak in her delightful German accent.  I felt completely at ease with her as I told her of my concerns and ambivalence in moving to another house.  She was very patient with me and let me call all the shots.  When I thought I had found a house that might suit me, she accompanied me to view it two more times after the initial viewing.  When the seller of the house I chose rejected my initial offer, we held many long discussions over our next move.  When I decided to make a counteroffer, she very skillfully worked through the negotiations and offered the seller facts that showed the benefits of accepting it.  When he accepted my counteroffer, we signed a contract with an option period and I paid an option fee.  Soon after this was done, my true feelings on the matter finally became obvious to me.  I realized that I was not ready for a big move like this and I decided to cancel the contract.  This is where Ms. Lovett's true professionalism was tested and passed with flying colors.  She accepted my decision with grace and calm reassurance.  Her many hours of work and her expenses from driving all over town to meet me at the many houses we viewed came to nothing because I got cold feet.  As a result, she had to forego a large commission and I hope this narrative will partially serve to repay her for her hard work and dedication.  However, I think it must be said that I did not tell her that I would write this review.  I think that anyone who choses Ms. Lovett to represent them will be served with the highest degree of dedication and skill.  I just hope that anyone relying on this review will be able to carry the transaction through to the end so that she will receive the just dues for her hard work and diligence.

  • Mrs. Wicker promised to sell our home in El Paso, TX. First off, she overpriced our home, knowing there would be no feedback or anyone responding to see our home. We asked her from the beginning to give us her professional opinion and price the home right. She quoted our home high and stated she could sell at that price. Possibly lowering the price as we go. The house was on the market for 50+ days, with staged furniture and all utilities on. And not even one showing. She complaint that there were no showings because of the water and gas was shut off. We shut it off after we moved out. Really? She had 2 open houses and kept pushing us to give extra incentives, I.e. gift cards, TV, etc. Lastly, she told us that the "agency" was not willing to represent us any longer because of the water and gas shut off. (By the way it was turned back on right after). We are currentlly working with another realtor and have not had any problems. Mrs. Wicker went on vacation right after putting our house on the market and her so called sit in Mrs. Diego never called us or informed us about the staus of selling our home. We contacted her several times and received the same story every time (hard to sell houses right now). Should have known better and look for another realtor. Didn't think she would do so poorly in representing our poroperty.

  • My husband and I were in the market to move to El Paso from Las Cruces.
We had not been in Las Cruces all that long so only had a general idea
of where we wanted to live in El Paso, primarily based upon my husbands
    work location.
We have a toddler so in the future schools will be pretty
significant for us as well. Debbi was very knowledgeable about the
areas we were looking at (the West side and the Upper Valley). She had
lots of information regarding schools, parks, neighborhoods, things to
do for mothers in the area, etc. All of that information was a great
asset in helping to find the ideal home in the best location for us and
    for schools for the future.
Debbi was there to help us through
the whole process, and even after the move has been wonderful in helping
us find contacts/resources for dental, doctor, dry cleaners,
    contractors, etc.
I would highly recommend Debbi and if we chose to move will definitely be using her again.
