Perfect! What more can I say except that they (there were 3 of them) only charging $50.00 was a surprise.
Let me say that we have been a customer of Provider name locked. -Tech and (one of the 3 was the owner) and he said they were in the vicinity anyway.
My take-aways (this is the 2nd experience with them)
1) They answer the phone
2) They tell you when they will be there within an hour or so, not "in the morning or in the afternoon" so one does not have to remain grounded at your house for 4 hour stretches.
3) If the time was to vary they call you and give you an updated ETA.
4) They know their business and get things done to your satisfaction and are not trying to get out the door in a hurry.
One would expect superior service like the old days but unfortunately now it's an exception rather than a Provider name locked. .

I wanted a surround audio system in my backyard that would cover my pool area and sitting areas. They installed landscaping rock speakers that blended great with my current landscaping,they were punctual,professional and delivered exactly what I needed. They used quality products and offer warranty on their services as well. I definitely recommend!

It should not be a surprise when you order service, get a commitment to show-up at X time, do the job professionally and leave after making sure all was done to the customer's satisfaction.
Well, it was a surprise that all of that happened as I just noted above. My experience over the past 20 years or so has been the opposite but any way, I found Provider name locked. -Tech via an internet Provider name locked. as I could not find them on Angie's list.
Made a phone call and that same day, 2 technicians showed up (I was kept appraised during the day of the ETA) and proceeded to do all I wanted. They cleaned things up (cables neatly tied up) and made sure I was satisfied.
Excellent service in the old days was the Provider name locked. , now it's the exception.
