  • I had Provider name locked. for around a year and I called one night to have them fix a low battery issue on the thermostat.  When I called I was asked my personnel login information and told they needed it to give to a third party company whom would act on there behalf using my login and password.  I spoke with a supervisor and was told it is standard policy and that they email the information to a helpdesk whom would fix the issue.  I asked if the email was encrypted and she said it was not encrypted but was a secure email.  I then asked to cancel my service as I do not want a third party company to have my information and did not like the way they handled the issue.  When I bought the system I paid for all the equipment outright so that I was not in a contract, as the installer told me at least.  When trying to cancel I found out that it cost $1500 dollars to cancel and that they had a 42 month contract for the monitoring.  I argued to see the contract and was never given it only told they had it.  Further I would never recommend this place to anyone!

  • After much research, we decided to go with Provider name locked. for a
    home alarm system. The biggest reason being was we only had to commit to a
    1-YEAR CONTRACT, and then it goes from month to month. (Unlike a lot of other
    companies that tie you in for 3-years. 3-years of bad service from what I have
    heard!) The monthly cost we pay for is reasonable at $29.95. You will pay an
    upfront cost for the alarm system you choose, but they have specials and their
    systems are of great quality not cheaply made. Plus, if you move, it can be
    taken with you. It’s a good investment. Provider name locked. ’t be fooled by companies who say
    they give you free equipment. Nothing is ever free, folks. You pay for it in
    the long run with high monthly costs and long-term contracts which are
    impossible to get out of. Happy or not!
    Now lets talk about customer service, and I have nothing to
    gain from this review……. OUTSTANDING! Truthfully speaking, this company was so
    easy and friendly to work with. They go out of their way to provide excellent
    customer service from the beginning to the end of set-up. No hard pressure
    tactics to sell their product either! With them guiding us through every step
    of the way, we had no problems at all installing the system. Every time we
    called with a question, we were not left on hold to wait forever to speak with
    a representative. They are prompt to take care of any questions or issues that
    may arise. Every single person we spoke with treated us like a valued customer.
    Seriously, hands down they are one of the best companies we have ever dealt
    with as far as customer service is concerned. There must be immeasurable steps
    taken in training the employees that work for this company, and it shows!
    We have now had our system up and working for three months
    now and could not be happier.  We
    are so exceedingly happy we did the research and decided to go with Provider name locked. .

  • Salesman made two trips. Was very professional and helpful. Tecnician installed new equipment and explained operation of system and left instruction book. Some items ordered the day before were not delivered by UPS and will be installed tomorrow. Technician was friendly, curteous, professional. As we had an afternoon appointment, technician had another tech come and assist with installation so the we could make it to our appointment. The overall experience was excellent.
