    They were offering a four day, three night packages to Las Vegas and other places for up to four adults and five children, and another bonus vacation of three days and two nights were included. I was asking the woman who called me to call me back because my husband and I used to discuss these things together where he wasn't home, and she was like, "no we can't call you back but you have 30 days if you don't want and we can always give you a refund." I purchased this one in February this year and after I discussed this with my husband, we decided not to keep the package because I was having some health issues and he wasn't sure we would be able to travel in the time that they gave us. So when I called them to get the refund, they say I have to say in writing that I would like a refund and why, so I did. They acknowledged my email that they received my refund request but as of this date, I still have not received my refund. I have called them several times and spoken to the person who was supposed to be in-charge of giving the refund but I keep hearing, "oh well, it's being processed," or "I don't know why it hasn't," or "it should be there by the end of the weekend," it's just one excuse after another. They took the money out the same day that I bought this program and they didn't have to wait for their money but I've been waiting well over three months now with my refund. Everybody's been friendly but ineffective, and there's only one person who can handle the refunds and when she's not available, there is no one else that can step in for her, right now she's out for a family emergency, and no one--not even her supervisor-- can help. That seems inefficient way to run a business.

    They were prompt.  They picked me up at 9AM.  They went to the nursing home.  They got him.  They took us to the Veterans Hospital and dropped us off.  We called them when we were done.  They picked us up.  They took him back to the nursing home.  They brought him up to his room.  Then, they took me home.  The third time, they came to my house and they put him and his wheelchair in. They were great!  The times I used them were October 23rd, October 29th, then they brought him home November 3rd.  They had 2 people who took him up the stairs into the house.  I've been meaning to call Angie's List to tell them but life gets busy.  They had a little uniform on.  A shirt with a logo.  All I was concerned at the time was getting him, getting home.  They had a logo on the van.  The man who started this worked for other firms for 12 years then started his own.  I'd recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of help.  I only had to arrange this a few days in advance.  They were very kind and helpful.  On October 23rd, the appointment was at 9AM.  They picked me up before 7AM.

    The reservation process for a last minute ride from Detroit Metro Airport was quick and easy. Carrie was very helpful and informative. The driver, Lou, meet me at baggage claim, as promised, right on time. He was very helpful with my luggage, and was pleasant and easy to talk to during the ride to my home. I would definitely use this service again.

    We had used Jetset Travel Inc. several times when we lived in Delaware and were very satisfied with the service. Our travel agent, Angela, was very in-tune with what we were looking for in a vacation, considering locations, budget, timing, amenities, and activities and always came up with fantastic recommendations. After moving out of state we considered using a local travel agent but after calling a few we realized we missed Angela so we called her. Not only did she remember us but she also delivered the same great service and results! She is professional, responsive, experienced and thorough. We'll continue to use her for all our vacation planning.

    We contracted one month before our event - sales rep on phone was responsive and professional - price of service was significantly higher than the 7 other companies we investigated (and our first choice was already booked), but Wilson had a high rating on Angie's List, they assured us that their vehicles were cleaner and better maintained than those of their competitors, and we got a $50 discount because hire was for a Friday evening - on the day of hire, the driver made our hearts skip a beat because he took an expressway route that proved to be longer than the street route - the hotel and church were within 4 miles of each other by surface street in a low-density area, but by taking the expressway on a Friday between 4:00-5:00 PM instead of the surface streets, the second half of our party, with bride, got to the church at the last possible minute (driver was contracted to make separate trips for the groomsmen and bridesmaids from the hotel to the church,  within one hour; groomsmen were ready on time for the first trip, but limo arrived 10 minutes late) - limo was clean, but the driver's door malfunctioned several times
    Overall, our mission was accomplished, but next time Wilson will not be our first contact

    I was more than impressed with the service from A-1 Airport Cars. They are very professional, yet friendly, and the price was extremely
    reasonable even with a 25 percent tip! The 25 percent tip was given to both drivers. That is how much I was impressed with the company and the drivers. It is also the amount I would have had to pay the other limo companies without giving a tip!

    I was in Columbia, SC when I purchased the ticket to go back home.  It was an excellent ride. They are reasonable priced and the bus is cleaned.  I have no complaints with them.  They get to your destination in a timely manner.  I would highly recommend them to others.

    I feel a sleep on the airplane. When we were landing I was still asleep. I did not here to put your seat belt on and to put your seat up. The flight attendant grabbed my arm where I just had surgery. She tried to put the seat up when I was still asleep on the seat. She made a police report about me on the plane. When we landed she had the police waiting for me. I did not have any problems with anyone. She had no business putting her hands on me. I did not do anything. I had to go to the doctor the next day to get my arm looked at.

    They are marvelous. My husband got sick over in Germany and they took care of everything. They saw to it that we had our transportation home. They paid because I had quite a bit of insurance. They saw that I had a place in a hotel and everything; they were wonderful. The price was reasonable, because it included everything. We were on an inland cruise ship, and it was wonderful.

    We were SO pleased with Wilson. The driver was wonderful and he was always ready to jump out, open doors, use the umbrellas (it was rainy), clean up, etc. We had split service, so in between he cleaned the limo and our friends said it was sparkling for their ride home. Additionally, he even helped pack up and take in our gifts! How kind! We give them a top rating and we'll definitely be using them next time we need limo service!
