    At first I thought I needed the motor replaced but Jim was able to get out there and determined it was just a bad capacitor saving me a couple hundred dollars. As it is a rental property, I was not there to see the final results, but I trust work was done to professional standards. Will hire again for future HVAC needs.

    4 weeks ago a rep did an initial walk through for an estimate. I was told I would receive a quote later that night. A full day later no response. I call the rep and he tells me this job will need some more technical examination and the office will be in touch in a few days. No responses for the next week. After the fourth of July I email him and he says the office will call soon. Two days later on Friday I receive a call, the tech will be calling me in ten minutes. Nothing. Monday I call and ask what happened, an appointment is set. Wednesday between 10:00am and noon. A courtesy call will come 30 minutes before arrival. No call, no show. 12:30pm I call the office and am told they will page the tech. 1:20pm "the tech is with a customer and isn't answering the phone". I had my 75 year old father doing me a favor sitting in a hot home waiting for 3 hours. The company does not work with the customer at all. This tech WILL NOT meet after 5 and WILL NOT work on the weekend. Completely unprofessional. I don't appreciate REPEATEDLY having my time wasted. I shouldn't have to work this hard to give someone else my money.

    Contacted Co. and spoke to Marcel, the owner and explained the issue. He diagnosed the issue over the phone. After contacting 3 companies, he was available to come out right away. He came quickly and his diagnosis was spot on. There was ice buildup on the furnace coils and the air conditioner needed a little refrigerant. Unfortunately, nothing could be done until the ice thawed. Due to the holiday, he couldn't return until 2 days later. He returned that morning and completed the job and now everything is cool and breezy ����.. thanks Marcel!!

    Flame Furnace Heating and Cooling
    I hired Flame to do a tune up on my furnace which included changing my humidifier filter. After a week or so, I realized that there was water on my floor and all over the furnace. The 2nd person came to my home, realized it was the wrong filter and ordered a new one. 3 weeks later after continuously calling to check on it, they finally called. The 3rd person came to my home with 2 filters, and claimed I asked for 2. After he started messing with the humidifier, the motor stopped working. He then gave me a quote for over $300 to repair it, and could not explain the price breakdown. He took out the filter and accused me of having an old one in there, when it was the filter the first person put in, then wanted me to pay for it. When I refused, I asked him to leave and have Flame call me. Flame never called me back. What I got was a bill in the mail for the filter. The humidifier currently doesn't work after 3 of them touched it and now they want me to pay for the filter which no one knows if it will leak in my humidifier. In the bill I received, there were comments from the last person that said I forced him to leave my house. That was a complete lie, I kindly asked him to leave, which is my right as a homeowner. He packed up and made conversation with me, and then left. He said, I should tell flame about my unsatisfactory experience with the company as he walked out the door.

    Flame Furnace Heating and Cooling
    Salesman (Troy) was out same day I called, I really felt he understood the scope of work and was very professional with no pressure involved. Not the lowest price but felt comfortable they were pulling the permits and doing the job right. Erik and TJ were awesome installers, I couldn't ask for better, super friendly and knowledgable. The 2 day install looks great and works great. The electrician (James) was great wired it up like I wanted. They couldn't test the system the day of install because of the gas not being connected. The office staff is great on the phone, sorry I don't remember the name but great service, had a small problem after the gas was turned on with moisture. The repair tech Kevin came out quickly to resolve with a quick fix. They use a messaging system that lets you know who is coming with a picture and background info when they are on the way, even maps the route they are taking. Just a great overall experience!!!
