  • Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. (and Provider name locked. !) Provider name locked. were great to deal with. Provider name locked. explained how he would perform the removal in a detailed and professional manner and then went ahead and executed exactly as he had described. This was a large job, with almost 400 feet of steam pipe wrapped with corrugated asbestos insulation. Almost half of these pipes were running through occupied apartments. Provider name locked. "glove bagged" these pipes and was able to quickly and safely remove the asbestos with the minimal disturbance to the occupants. When asked he readily provided me with his insurance and Michigan State License information, which all checked out.  In addition to the great work, he was great to deal with, provided detailed invoices that were completely in "synch" with the estimates he gave at the beginning of the job. I highly recommend him.

  • We contacted Provider name locked. about a mold issue within our newly purchased house (a 120 year old historic home).  The mold issue was discovered after we were removing wallpaper to repaint and found a wall in our house dotted with mold.  As there was a bathroom above this room, we immediately went upstairs and I began ripping up tiling to a find a wet subfloor with several different species of mold growing.  I called Holly (who works in the office) and found out that they do not do testing for species of mold-they only perform visual inspections and the remediation.  They were able to give me recommendations for a third party mold Provider name locked. , and I contracted his services and sent the report back to Holly about a week after our first conversation.  She was able to set up a visual inspection within a few days with Provider name locked. , who walked through the entire house with me and gave his advice on what should be removed/remediated.  While Provider name locked. and I were walking through the house, we discovered that a previously fixed roof leak was leaking again in a 2nd story bedroom, so I told him we should include this area in the remediation as I didn't trust the work the previous contractor (hired by the previous owner) did on the roof or the fixed ceiling.  Our basement is an old, moist Michigan basement that had a wooden partition, with some mold and dry rot.  We were going to remove this ourselves, but after the issues we had been having and the good experience and confidence I had with Provider name locked. , we decided to have them remove the partition and remediate the basement also.  Provider name locked. also pointed out previous water damage (which we knew about) on the ceiling of the basement, and suggested that  we should have an HVAC drip Provider name locked. that ran beneath the previous water damage changed and cleaned out also.  We agreed to this.
I received a quote within two days, and I agreed to the contract.  Holly was able to schedule our work to start within days.  The team arrived on time each day (two full days of removal/remediation), and were professional the entire time.  I believe there were 8 on the team total, splitting up between the basement and the 2nd story.  Provider name locked. was also on site each day to explain how the process was going, answer any questions, and let us see the progress.  The team found more mold in the basement than originally thought (on the brick foundation behind some effervescence) but included that in the previously agreed quote.  They also moved a giant claw footed tub out of the moldy bathroom into the backyard, as I wanted to reuse it as a planter.  I was working outside in our lawn, and at the end of the day some of the team helped me remove a wooden Provider name locked. , which went above and beyond.  They also let us put the Provider name locked. in their dumpster, as there was leftover space.
After the removal and cleaning was complete, Provider name locked. and the team left some Provider name locked. air filters running at the house over the 4th of Provider name locked. weekend, and returned on the following Wednesday to apply the fungicidal coating (the last step) and pick up the Provider name locked. air filters.  Everything in the house was completely cleaned and it was like they were never there (save for the remediated walls and floors!)  Both Holly and Provider name locked. followed up within a few days to check in and answer any remaining questions.
I would highly recommend Provider name locked. to anyone needing a visual mold inspection, advice, or remediation.  All of my interactions with them were pleasant and professional, they honestly answered all questions, gave excellent advice, and went above and beyond any expectations I had.  They are also certified by all of the large mold remediation organizations in the industry, as well as EPA lead certified, and they offer a 10 year warranty on their remediation  The travel throughout Michigan and came down to Detroit (from Bay City).  Their recommendation for a mold inspector/Provider name locked. was also excellent as he is top in his field.
Thank you Provider name locked. , Holly, and the rest of the team at Provider name locked. !

  • Provider name locked. got to the house before we did and performed an excellent inspection under less than optimal conditions.  It was very cold that day and there was no heat on, as it was a foreclosed property.  Still, he took all of the time needed to walk through the three floors of the house, plus attic and basement, including time to answer and explain situations to me.  He identified multiple areas of concern that I missed during my own visits to the property.  The price we paid for the inspection included a discount as the water heater, furnace and bathrooms were not functioning at the time of the inspection, which I thought was fair.
Additionally, he walked through the snow to review the exterior and even did a quick walk through of the detached garage, which was not required.
A full, electronic report, complete with pictures was available for us the very next day.
I have used Provider name locked. 's Provider name locked.  in the past and would recommend him in the future.
The only negative I have is the electrical was supposed to be turned on the day before the inspection.  Provider name locked. said there was no power to the house.  I have since contacted DTE and they said the power is on.  I won't know for sure until we close if there is a problem or if we just needed to resent some circuit breakers and/or fuses.
