  WOW 1 Day Painting Metro Detroit did an excellent job. The only challenge was Mother Nature... Jason was very good to work with on scheduling as we had to postpone a couple times due to poor weather, but it worked out well. Daniel and his team did a stellar job and clean up. I am very please and so happy..! I highly recommend WOW Painting and will use these folks again for other projects.

  I had a lot of work done at both of my Resturants rios Coney Island gratiot 10993 gratiot ave 48213 and also Parkside Coney Island 17050 Hamilton Ave 48203 .......The best Work I���ve seen, they were honest hard working people and finished the job in a decent amount of time ,And also used Top notch stuff I definitely would hire them again !!!!!!!!! Good job guys!!!!!

  Somerset Painting & Professional Improvements

  I contacted Rick at Somerset and he came out and looked at what I wanted done on my 90 year old house. It had cedar shake that was well past its prime and I knew it would be a good amount of work to remove everything from the house, including the second story, which has a high peak. The workers were excellent. They stripped off the old siding the day before they installed the new siding, so my house was never unprotected. They cleaned up and left a dumpster to keep the old materials in, then took it all away after they were done. They also painted the wood that was not removed, so I didn't have to climb up on a ladder to do any extra work. Overall, I am very pleased, and the neighbors are too!

  It went very well. They came out not long after I called with a group of guys that stuck with it and finished in one day. The home hadn't ever been painted since it was built 66 years ago, and they made it look like new. I'm very pleased.

  Kulla Construction Inc

  Plumb Kulla was contracted to preform rehab work on our home on November 2, 2017. The project was contracted to be complete on May 2, 2019. Contract cost was $140,000. He was paid $120,000 by March of 2018. The job is not completed to date (August 31, 2018). He has walked of the job leaving the project unfinished. He has taken our money and has left incomplete full kitchen, 2 full baths, siding, deck work, HVAC, water heater, plumbing among several other items. His work is below standards. This person has lied and made numerous false promises as to completion date of project and where our money has been spent. He refuses to provide documentation of the finances of the job which is required to provide under Michigan law upon request of the owner of the project. We have begun litigation against Kulla Construction. I have all documentation related to the false statements Kulla has made and photos of the substandard and incomplete work he has made.

  Nick and Tom were awesome to work with. Honest, realistic, totally understood the right way to do accomplish some very difficult construction tasks. We had, historic review committee reviews, City of Detroit Inspections, and Sherwood Forest Association Reviews. The work performed was totally acceptable to all these oversight committees and inspectors. I never felt like I needed to research "how to" and teach United Building Service anything. The employees and subcontractors they used were friendly, timely, and hard working. UBS researched ways to help cut costs, and offered up alternatives for me to review (different stucco boards, second level truss system alternative, side entry door designs, brick choices, color keyed gutters vs custom painted, garage doors). I was never pressured to accept any of these alternatives, just presented with the choice, the cost difference, advantages / disadvantages, and they left me to make a decision. They warranty their work, and have come back to my home to do a few additional small projects. I wish I had discovered this contractor years ago. They made a very heartbreaking accident (tree falling), into a very positive outcome.

  Somerset Painting & Professional Improvements

  Completed flooring looks great. Did a nice job, even around tight spots around the furnace and laundry sink. Matt worked hard and was polite and punctual. Recommended "heavy flake", which, just as he said, did help to cover up spots in the concrete floor that were in poor shape. In addition to epoxy flooring, also had a couple small painting jobs, all which turned out really nice.

  Woodbrook Painting & Powerwashing LLC

  I contacted Woodbrook and left messages on there service on three occasions. It wasn't until I left a message that I would contact Angies list to let them know they are no longer in operation, did I receive a call back. It took two weeks to get a response. Then I was asked for my address and after giving it I was told, "oh we no longer service your area. I did see in their advertisement that they have any area restrictions. Maybe I dodged a head ache. Understood Woodbrook. God sees you.
