    Kaiser Permanente Urgent Care
They were so caring, but also very professional. I felt like I was the only patient they had because of the attentiveness I was given. They were SO efficient, and communicated well with one-another. I really felt like I was safely in good hands. They took great care of me, and didn't try to rush me out the door. Not only that, but the food was good!

The staff are very friendly.  Both times the doctor was real clear about his treatment and was willing to answer all my questions.  They emailed my prescriptions to my pharmacist right away.

It was not such a wonderful experience. She went for what turned out to be a kidney stone. She was in raving pain and I have never seen her in so much pain. I had to go up to them like 4 times to take her in but they were not looking at her. Finally I had to get on them and a few other people also helped me to tell them to take her as it was obvious to the people in the waiting room that she was in pain. They suggested that it could be appendix pain which was not the case but once she was in they treated her well and it was fine.

The care I got here was awesome. I did have some complications but they were right on top of it. They were extremely competent.

The place was clean. The billing was simple , and I saw a real doctor (not an RN) pretty quickly.  I really appreciated the process.  Turns out the cash price I paid (because my insurance hadn't switched over from an old employer yet) was better than what I would of paid with insurance.  I paid and left.  Their advice next steps avoided a expensive RX (another benefit) and had me right as rain by the next day.  I will be back anytime my family has minor illness/etc that needs a doctor. . .its a great time/cost/quality option.

They saw us right away and performed all the necessary tests quickly. The service, as usual was great. I have been to Aurora Medical Associates on previous occasions, and I have always been pleased.

My ankle was at an unnatural ankle after falling off my bicycle. My husband drove us to this clinic. A woman brought out a wheel chair and wheeled me into to their open, bright, clean waiting area. I didn't have my insurance card with me so they waited while I dug up the necessary information. Once the paperwork was completed she wheeled me into the beautiful examination room. The doctor (Dr. Ian Bach) soon arrived and first confirmed which ankle was injured (turns out the intake form incorrectly showed my injury was to my left ankle). He interviewed me on what exactly happened. Then the nurse took me to their X-ray room. I do regret not asking my husband to accompany me because I found it difficult to turn from my back to my side while supporting my ankle so that it wouldn't shift. The nurse told me I had to do it, but did not offer to help. Next time I would assert myself and ask for the nurse to ask my husband to come to the X-ray room to help me. I am not sure whether to consider that "staff friendliness" or "bedside manner" - decided to consider that "staff friendliness" (hence a "good" rather than an "excellent"). Dr. Bach soon reported back to us that indeed my lateral malleolus and medial malleolus bones were fractured (along with another bone in the back of my ankle - I don't recall its name). He let me look at the images on the screen while he took the time to explain what we were seeing. He contacted the orthopedists and gave me their contact information so that I can follow up. He also gave me instructions about caring for my ankle, how to reduce the swelling (along with the importance of reducing the swelling), and wrote the aforementioned prescriptions. I found his bedside manner to be wonderful and caring. Once I got home I noticed that the "discharge" form showed my birthday as March 45th - making me feel a bit disconcerted that someone on the staff was not paying total attention. I wonder if the staff person who wrote 3/45 [year] was the same person who indicated that it was my left ankle that was injured.

Front desk was friendly, nurses were so great, the doctor was awesome. The treatment was thorough and helpful. I was given medicine to prevent infection, bandages to change the dressings, a tetanus shot, and medicine to manage the pain. They made a traumatic situation much easier to handle.

AFter a 2 1/2 hr. drive down from the mountains with severe ankle pain from a fall, I will taken back to see provider as soon as paperwork was completed.    The exam was thorough, treatment good and assisting staff very helpful and competent.  During the 3/4 hour in the office, 3 X-rays were taken and reviewed, a temporary cast place on fractured fibula, crutches with instruction on use and referral to an orthopedic doctor to have a permanent cast placed.  Total charge was $125 plus $30 for the crutches, which was much less than I expected.  A hospital emergency room visit would have easily cost 4 times as much for a simple fracture.
