  • For the first time in selling a property, I felt like I was in the 21st Century.  From the use of "Coming Soon" on Zillow to the blitz of listings on the internet, to the use of software which allowed me to see showings scheduled and feedback, I was very connected with the entire process.  Provider name locked. seemed to be very aggressive in marketing the property and the result was a sale in THREE DAYS at more than listing price.  Provider name locked. 's team was equally efficient and I enjoyed working with them, even though that time was short.   • I'd strongly caution anyone considering this agent. He's your typical commission-only sales guy; he's all over you like white on rice until the minute his commission comes through, and then he's gone.

    Sparing all of the drama, the long and short of it is that this agent represented me in a real estate transaction, and once I took possession after closing, there were 2 truckloads of junk left behind by the seller, and I've been left so far with 4 material violations and counting of inspection objection items the seller agreed to remedy. When I contacted this agent to go back to the sellers and make sure they perform on the items in the contract they agreed to and that my agent negotiated, my agent's response was, and I quote, "I technically don't represent you anymore." Yep; that's right. I've got it in writing. Translation: I got paid, so we're done.

    After calling him out on this and giving him a Provider name locked. to redeem himself, it quickly became clear that any effort I'd get out of him to make things right for me would be half-hearted at best, so I just gave up.

    So now, I've been left on my own to figure this out on my own with no help from my agent. What a class act.

    My expectation of any real estate agent I work with is that, once a house is under contract, the agent is primarily being paid to negotiate the criteria of the transaction into a contract agreement. And if the other side (buyer or seller) violates that agreement, the agent's job is to stick by his/her buyer/seller until the situation is resolved -- no matter when the violation occurs (pre-closing, post-closing; whenever), you stick by your customer until your customer has been made whole. Period. In my case, Provider name locked. did not do this, and I've been left with a huge and expensive mess to deal with.

    I would seriously caution anyone considering Provider name locked. 's services based on my experience.
