Waited an hour or so in waiting room and then waited in the exam room. Heard doctor tell assistant they were an hour behind schedule. Doctor had very poor and quot;bedside manner.and quot; Didn't get a complete explanation or understanding of the xrays taken. Was told I had and quot;shoulder impingement syndromeand quot; and p/t recommended. As my schedule does not permit for such, I was given a cortisone shot and sent home with some exercises to do at home. A month or so out and is no better...shot did zero good.
I am going to seek a second opinion at one of the hospitals. Will have to find the name of the actual doctor to add to review..his assistant was ok...he came recommended, but I was not impressed.

They have been great although I don't see them a lot. They are specialized and the shoe inserts are wonderful. I had bone spurs in my foot and ever since I got the inserts they have been good. They were very efficient once I got in there and the office environment is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and nice.

I went into them and I thought they were very good. They had a guy try some physical therapy. They had a physical therapy section there and I just went ahead and used their physical therapist. I really liked the physical therapy part of it. I thought they were very good. They were almost always on time. They used my time very good.

Dr. Yang is very informative and honest concerning the extent of my injury, the surgery required to fix it, and the consequences of such a surgery. He supports a non-surgical solution at this time, rather than rushing to the operating room.

    Xenos, Dr. John S.
He is the most professional and caring doctor we have ever met. I even use him for my knee pains too. We have recommend him to friends. His office is well laid out and clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I wished Angie’s List would let me give him an A+.

They have their own doctors and they have just about every specialty that you need or want. They have their own pharmacy. It is pretty big. I have been using since they are my primary insurance. If you are out of the service area like if you are on a vacation or something and if it is an emergency then you can go to another doctor where they would cover the insurance but it has to be an emergency visit. If you have to see another physician you have to stay within their group. First you would go to a primary care physician and then if you need specialist then they would recommend you to either dermatology or orthopedics or mental health. My husband at one time had a heart attack and they did a bypass surgery on him. So they take care of everything. They offer classes for people for weight loss, tobacco and that sort of thing. Their policy is to keep you healthy so that you don’t need to have as much care. One time I broke my arm and I was out of state but I happened to be in a state where they had Kiser, so they saw me and took care of me immediately of the problem. Then when I got back home, I had my follow up care here. I quite satisfied with them. Their availability is very good like if it is a emergency then they see you right away or else they make an appointment for you.

    Benenati, Dr. Thomas J
I was having terrible pain in my foot, such that I could hardly walk on it. After several weeks of taping it up, getting shots in the foot and spending several additional weeks in an inflatable cast I still couldn't walk on it. Finally got a second opinion and found out that I was completely misdiagnosed. I spent literally months in unnecessary pain.

I thought it went very well. I have an immune disorder that most doctors tend to ignore. He included it in the discussion of my options, as well as taking note of my loose joints. While being informative and knowledgeable, he also respected my knowledge of my own body. I left feeling as if I had an informed voice in my care going forward.

It went wonderful.  My knee is completely healed and it healed properly.  I don't have any issues.  I've been here before with a broken shoulder.  Love this place and their Dr's.

Diagnosed with osteonecrosis, somewhat of a mystery in the field. Doc had me change diet, non weight bearing activity, and it just cleared up. No one could explain why I had it or where it came from. All the test results were negative. I do think they did everything they could do for me.
