  • The work was finished quickly and professionally. I have old flue piping from 1953 so the size was difficult to match. Provider name locked. and Cooling tech quickly found the correct size flue pipe and finished the job.

  • Provider name locked. is unreliable, he doesn’t respond to all emails, calls, texts and ultimately, failed to show up for the work.Provider name locked. began with a good impression. He showed up at the scheduled time to give the estimate. I accepted his price, I didn't argue or negotiate. We also agreed on a tentative date which was several weeks from that time.

As he instructed, I chose certain products from Home Depot's site and forwarded the links on a Friday,7/17/15. I had a question regarding two different faucets and why one was more than $100 than the other, the specs at the site were not clear.

He responded on Monday, 7/20, saying he couldn't open the link.  We spoke on Tuesday,7/21, he said he was going to Home Depot and he would check out the product and get back with me but he didn't.  I waited two weeks and emailed him a reminder on 8/3/15 that I haven't heard back about the faucet. His response was that he would call me in two days to confirm a start date. He didn't call.

Then 7 days later,8/10, he emailed asking if I'm still interested and to let him know either way. We spoke and I mentioned my concern about his not responding to communication in a timely manner. He made some excuses and we agreed to move forward with the project, that we would meet at Home Depot the following week to pick up the material.

The morning we were supposed to meet, 8/17, I texted, called and emailed to confirm the meeting. I didn't hear back but gave him the benefit of the doubt and went to Home Depot at the scheduled time. Needless to say, he wasn't there and I haven't heard from him.
