Chimney Repair reviews in Denver

The two-man team showed up on time and were polite and professional. They efficiently installed the cap and poured a cement rim around the top of the chimney (to stabilize the structure and increase functionality), returning a week later to remove the cement Provider name locked. . The whole thing took less than two hours, the crew was very tidy, and the company honored the price quote I originally got back in the spring. Would highly recommend Provider name locked. and will give them a call the next time we need any chimney work done.

An apointment was set to meet with chimney company, only to wait at my house for an hour and try to contact manager numerous times to try to determine where the inpsector was. The inspector never showed up to give me an estimate. I was then informed a few hours later the the inspector was at the house at the apointment time. Therefore someone is telling a lie. I was called back finally by the manager just to be told it was my fault.
They are very un-professional and very irrresponsible.

As background, I had Provider name locked. come out in 2009 as one of the candidates to fix another issue with my patio cover roof. I had him re-do flashings and rubber boots on the vents and such instead, and decided I wanted to go with a large well-known company to fix the patio cover issue. I had major customer issues with that company. So I saw him on Angie's List after losing a couple shingles recently and decided to call him.
Called and spoke to Provider name locked. on Provider name locked. 5. Called back within two hours. Came out that afternoon. I only called specifically for the missing shingles, but I figure if you have a roof guy come out, go ahead and do any other maintenance while you're at it since it's easy to neglect your roof. So I asked for any other maintenance proposals that he could think of and to assess the overall condition of the roof. He told me how much it would cost and emailed me the specifics in writing that night. Provider name locked. called and let me know that Provider name locked. had sent the email. I accepted everything because all the maintenance seemed reasonable to do. I can't really comment on the price, but based on my experience with roof repairs, it seemed competitive. And I won't have to wait six weeks like I did with that large well-known company back in '09.
Turns out one of the things Provider name locked. found and proposed a fix for was the cause of water drips into the inside of my patio cover. And we had a hard rain that night, and no drips.
He explained everything that he proposed to do, and he doesn't try to sell you on it if it's not something that's really necessary right away. I went up on the roof with him and he doesn't rush you if you have lots of questions. And when he was finished, he offered to take pictures of what he did or offered me to go up on the roof and see it for myself and show me what he did. So I went up on the roof to get a close look, because how often do I go up on my roof? Not often. Great customer service. And between my own good judgment and the trust that I have in him, I'm confident that I'm not getting sold something just to make some money.
