I was paying out of pocket to avoid increased premiums on my insurance, so I was searching for a place with prices that were fair, but quality was my top concern. I received a quote for both time and materials and was pleased with both the price and estimated completion time (it wasn't cheap, but it was about what I was expecting), so I went ahead with the repairs.
It took a day longer than they originally anticipated and was about $150 higher than the original quote due to some complications they were having with the door. They were very responsive and friendly on the phone when I called for updates, though they seemed to have some issues transferring the line properly and keeping track of who was on hold on both occasions when I called.
The quality of the finished repairs, however, were excellent. When I went to pick up my car I was startled at how incredibly clean it was, and the newly painted doors and bumper blended seamlessly with the rest of the car. The car looked just as good as it did in the dealership when I bought it, and seeing this made my minor gripes disappear.
If quality and service are your top priorities, I would recommend this shop.- Guthrie B.
I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told that they needed to order parts, and it should be complete on Wednesday or Thursday after 3 hours of labor. Regardless, he told me he would call me Tuesday after ordering the parts to give a better ETC. After never receiving a call all day Tuesday, I called him for a status. He told me that he was supposed to get the parts that day, but never did and he was expecting them to come in the next day and my car should still be complete that week. By Thursday afternoon, still no call... called him for an update and he had just gotten in the parts and he was still hoping to get it completed on Friday. No call on Friday, so I called him again - my car would not be complete until Monday. Monday at 3 pm, I still had no call from him so I called again - finally my car should be complete. I am very disappointed with their communication skills, I realize that the delay in parts was out of their control; however, they never contacted me to let me know the status of my car. This made it very difficult to make plans for how to get to and from work. I would not use Centennial Collisions again.- Caitlin P.
They did a very good job working with the insurance company. I didn't need to contact my insurance company for anything- they did all the work. The paint job came out great!- ALEITA W.
