I have a stackable dryer and the heating element had to be ordered. they said it may take a week but they scheduled the install after a couple days. dryer works well happy with their service. the technician was friendly and did the job correctly.
Dishwasher took 2 trips to fix, but entirely reasonable as the other option would have required buying a rather expensive part that in the end did not need to be replaced.
4 weeks went by before I finally had to call and schedule the return appointment. I had to turn off my fridge for 4 days to defrost it, and when the crew came back they took apart the fridge, put it back together, and said they didn't have to do anything or replace the part because it was fine. They didn't charge me anything additional as promised. They also forgot to order the broken door bin, which they still have not contacted us about. We finally bought one ourselves as it only takes 4-5 days to get it shipped, so not sure what their holdup is.
The fridge still leaks and nothing has been done, so basically this guy ripped me off for $105 because he did absolutely nothing and I still have a leaking fridge and had to replace the bin myself anyway.
Some weeks later, however, we discovered large scratches and gouges in the hardwood floor in front of our refrigerator. The damage was not obvious immediately, because it is visible only in a certain light, and we initially chalked it up to, "those things happen in life." However, when we asked for an estimate regarding a repair of the damage, the flooring company suggested that we contacted L&G, noting that most companies are insured to cover such damage sustained during or related to their work.
I called L&G and the owner,
So we're left having to make a claim through our home owner's insurance, though perhaps our company and his will get to fight it out.
