    Sunrise Plumbing LLC
Justin and his helper were great. The overall work that was needed, Justin did it quick and efficiently. Very happy overall. Justin also provided numerous options and quotes for the project. Everytime Justin got a chance, he walked me thru what was going on and how the repair was moving along. Justin was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Justin as your next plumber.

    Atlas Plumbing Company
On Tuesday morning, the gas company shut off the gas supply to my home due to a leak near my meter. I used the gas companys dealer referral website to find Atlas Plumbing and called them immediately. I explained the situation to the receptionist, and a plumber was at my home in less than an hour. Prior to performing any work, the plumber did an excellent job of explaining the process and setting my expectations. After repairing the leak at the meter, he performed a pressure test, which indicated that there was another leak in either my backyard or home. The plumber approached the situation methodically and isolated the backyard gas line, which was free of any leaks. After an initial assessment of the inside of my home, he formulated a plan, gave me a rough estimate of the cost, and called the office to request a formal proposal, which was delivered to me via email in less than an hour while the plumber was at lunch. I called to accept the proposal, and the plumber returned to my home, located the line with the leak in less time than originally proposed, and replaced it with a new one. He then called the city to schedule an inspection. On Wednesday morning, the city inspector approved the repairs, and by 3 p.m. the gas company restored my gas service. And because the leak in my home took less time to find and repair than anticipated, Atlas invoiced me for considerably less than the amount I agreed to in the proposal. If youre looking for a plumbing company that is competent, professional, friendly, and fair, I highly recommend Atlas Plumbing.

    DeWolfe's Affordable Plumbing
The plumber did some work and said the blockage was cleared and I paid the $195 they quoted. When we opened the faucet in the kitchen later on we found that the blockage had only been partly cleared and water would not drain fast enough and not completely. When I called back the company said that they want another $500 to make some repair on the drain line. Even then they would not guarantee that the blockage is fully cleared. The plumber told us that this repair was for long-term reliability and was not connected with the blockage. They are playing with words to hoodwink the customers. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

    Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
We had a very slow leak coming through our ceiling. Chris R. of Benjamin Franklin came out and scoped the problem with a camera to find a leaking toilet on our second floor causing the ceiling leak. We decided to upgrade and replace the leaking toilet and to also upgrade and replace two other toilets. Chris R and his partner, Chase, came out the next day and replaced all three toilets and installed new fill and shut off valves for each as well. They were on time and the work was immaculate. They were friendly and easy to work with as well. I will use them again

    Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
Ray Jackson, was "onetime, and extremely efficient. He thoroughly examined and diagnosed the problem. It Turned out that the toilet in the upstairs bathroom was leaking below floor level each time it was flushed. Ray replaced the toilet with a new one, (since the one that was there had been in the house for more than forty years, and was not functioning properly, though it had been worked on several times,) Ray was sharp, courteous, patient to explain exactly what the problem was. NO PRESSURE to buy the toilet. He offered a rebuild of the one that was there, but since it had been done at least twice before and was still not providing satisfactory service, we decided on the new one. The price was competitive, and Ray quickly and competently installed the new one including a brand-new cutoff valve. We are quite happy with the whole experience and hope that he is still with Ben Franklin Plumbing next time we need plumbing work done, as we would like them to send him, if he is still with their company.

    Ernie's Plumbing Service Inc
I have used Ernies in the past and was always pleased. On this occasion, I called on Fri and scheduled for the next day, Sat. Although they would not quote a price over the phone, there was no charge for a plumber to come and give the price when he got here, even if I chose not to proceed with the work. So far, so good; but when the plumber arrived, he said the job was too difficult for him! Although he was an older man, he said he had never installed a hot water dispenser before! Even after reading the instructions for 20 minutes, he still said he could not do it. Could he just hook up the sink, regular faucet and disposal? Nope. Could he remove the escutcheon around a bathroom faucet? Again, no; this time he said his eyesight was not good enough! Wow! Doubt I will ever call Ernie's again.

    Watermark Plumbing
The technician was quite competent, polite and fast. This is the second time I've used Watermark. I will probably use them again, although plumbing problems are a pain, so I hope it won't be too soon!

    Maintenance Pro
This company is great and Brian was very helpful. I had a leak under a bathroom sink and a stackable washer/dryer unit where the washer had just stopped working. I had called them to see what they'd charge to fix it and when they could do the work. I'd already checked with several plumbers and they were outrageously expensive. As a side note, as of Sept. 2019, plumbers in the State of Texas DO NOT have to have a license. Yes, that means technically anyone can represent themselves as a plumber and I really had no way of knowing which of the ones I called were just "doing" plumbing work (and were really handymen) or who were actual licensed plumbers with experience. I decided that the work that needed to be done was not a major undertaking (like many of the people who had left reviews online had experienced) that would require a master plumber and that a handyman could probably take care of it. I then started researching these "handyman" companies and people in the area. I called Maintenance Pro's and got to talk with Brian. He was so nice, helpful, understanding and patient. Plus, now that the work has been completed, I know he is GREAT and did a wonderful job. He messaged me pics of under the sink/plumbing/pipes and what needed to be fixed and replaced and we spoke before I authorized for the work to be done. He then took care of that and ran some diagnostics on the washing machine. He quickly figured out that the only thing wrong with the washing machine was that, over the years, it had just collected a lot of dust/lint inside the mechanics and just needed to be taken apart and cleaned out so he did that. His prices were reasonable and he was very prompt. Plus, their hours are 7:00am to 9:00 pm so it was very convenient and I didn't have to pay someone else after hours fees. Lastly, I was able to pay the bill online which was very helpful as well. I'll definitely call him again if I have something wrong at this condo. Thanks so much, Brian!

Berkeys Air Conditioning Plumbing & Electrical
Their technician was punctual. The company phoned us and they also sent a text and photo to let us know when and who would arrive. This was much appreciated. The technician identified the problem, installed a new toilet set and finished the job promptly. We were able to schedule this as a same-day repair. We have worked with them before and would hire them again.

    Cathedral Plumbing of Texas LLC
Called company to schedule for plumbing service. The rep said the company DOES NOT service townhomes! It doesn't make sense! In any case its the company's decision. However I was upset because its such a waste of my time having to call just to find out this. They should make it clear on the Angie's List Coupon!! so we don't waste time and take our business elsewhere.
