  • I've been a patient of Dr. Provider name locked. for years without incident.  I tried to see Dr. Provider name locked. 's three times.  I saw him in February for
    an infection on my mouth.  Since it hadn't healed, and I had another infection on my ear, I tried to see Dr. Provider name locked. again in March.  However, my appointment was with Provider name locked. .  When I signed out I told the lady at checkout that I thought my appointment was with Dr. Provider name locked. . She said she would Provider name locked. it  on my file that I only wanted to see Dr. Provider name locked.
    In April, I had an appointment to see Dr. Provider name locked. because neither my mouth or ear had healed.  I made sure it was with Dr. Provider name locked. .  However, Provider name locked. said to the nurse "I got this.." She walked towards me in a manner that I found to be intimidating - straight at me.  She didn't even say hello.  She just asked if I had followed her recommendations from March.   I told her that I was in the process of doing what she asked and am continuing to have the same problems I left very upset as I've never been treated this way in a Doctor's office. It was unprofessional. Later, I found out that one of the reasons that I wasn't getting better was that I was allergic to the medication Provider name locked.  prescribed for me.  When Provider name locked. found out I was allergic, she didn't take it into consideration for why I wasn't getting better.
     I tried to see Dr. Provider name locked. for the last time in June for the last of  the testing. By now I was afraid that my earlobe  would not go back to its normal size.  I was assured by receptionist and the nurse that I was to see  Dr. Provider name locked. . I heard Dr. Provider name locked. outside the room.  Provider name locked. asked him what he found.  Then Provider name locked. came in again. She came in opened the door and left it open to tell me that she and Dr. Provider name locked. have decided that I should go to an Allergist as they've done what they could. Provider name locked. said she was telling me because she is the one who has been treating me. Exactly, I never wanted her to treat me.  After  Provider name locked. was done, she said that I would not be charged and was lead out of the office.  I was given the distinct impression that I was not to come back.  Again, I've never encountered a situation like this.  spoke to the office manager. She said my last appointment was scheduled with Dr. Provider name locked. , and she didn't understand why I saw Provider name locked. . The office manager was polite and asked if I would come back. No. .

  • They are the nicest people. Its very rare you have to leave a voicemail, and if you do they call you right back. The office staff is great, and they are very attentive to your needs. He has many years of experience, very knowledgeable, very kind, and he always takes the time to explain exactly what your condition is and how he is going to handle it. He only hires licensed Physician Assistants to work with patients. The location is also very easy to get too.

  • It went very well. My consultation was short and sweet and Dr Provider name locked. was very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease by his confidence. Dr Provider name locked. is a very down to earth doctor and his nonchalant attitude was a surprise to me . I was worried about having a noticeable scar on my face and he assured me it would be easy to take out and wouldn't be a big deal. I came in for the procedure a week or two later and he handled me personally and kept a casual conversation going to keep my mind off things. He stitched me up and sent me home. He told me to come back in a week to get the stitches. I called to see if I could come back 3-4 days early because I was worried I was healing over my stitches. The staff made room for me and he took them out without a problem. After all that, you can barely tell that anything was done and it all healed very well. I was very pleased with my experience.
