Excellent. Oliver was professional and courteous. Job was completed in a timely manner. Appreciated them being able to come out right before a holiday weekend!

Pet Rest Memorial Park & Crematory
I was so pleased with the rapid service I received from using this company. They picked my baby up on Thursday morning and had his remains returned to the vet by Friday morning. I lost another pet 4 weeks before and when the vet I took her to used Toothacres in Carrollton , it took almost two weeks to get her body back. I would fully recommend using Pet Rest Memorial Park and Crematory in the future.

They were really great. We knew they were going to do our dogs ashes, but they did a paw print of her, and we didn't expect that. The paw print came with her ashes. I didn't even think to ask for something like that.  They do have the option to have your pet buried there, but we just went with the cremation. The vet had recommended them, and they had taken care of another pet we had. The vet said they have been using them for decades and never had any problems. They did the cremation of another dog which was 13 years ago. You get a nice, little box that their ashes are sealed in. It came in a beautiful gift bag, and at the bottom there was a little wrapped part, with beautiful tissue paper, and it was a paw print with dog bones all over it. It was her paw print in plaster with her name on it. It was a nice, little feature.  We dealt with them directly through our vet.

They were very kind. I called around and they had a very fair price, and they had availability that day. If I need that service I would use them again. I have two dogs still and when they need to go to the veterinarian that's where we'll go. Compassionate people.

    CUSTER MCDERMOTT ANIMAL HOSPITAL
They are excellent. They always took good care of our dog. They were always caring. They do grooming too. They were really good for grooming. He went for vet visits and it wasn't anymore expensive than other vets. If we had another dog we would take the dog there. They are good. The wait time was never long.

They were responsive and kind and treated us with respect. I opted to have the ashes spread in their cemetery garden, but they had many options available.

It was very traumatic. We had this cat probably for about 14 years. They did a good job. We had the cat cremated. They took good care of it within three days. We actually got the ashes back, from the cat. They're pretty honest. They were good to deal with. It was a good experience.

So glad we called Dr.Westbrook to put our older bichon frise to sleep; it made a heartbreaking time somewhat easier and a lot less stressful. Doing it at home was peaceful, calm and private -not rushed. There was no waiting for a vet in a waiting or exam room, no hearing other dogs barking or yelping in the next room, no explaining to multiple people the reason for the visit as could happen in a vet's office. I was able to hold my dog while I sat on the couch during the whole process; she will perform the procedure wherever is comfortable for you and your family. She gave him two injections and monitored him closely the whole time. She did not remove the body, as we opted for our own burial. Dr.Westbrook is very kind and compassionate and she did whatever would make us all most comfortable. She has a great way with people and with dogs. I liked her immediately - even over the phone (by the way, she answered her own phone when I called initially to make the appt). We laughed a little and cried too. She reassured us about our decision that is was time. Before leaving, she made a pawprint impression for us to keep and answered all our questions. She was truly a blessing during this sad time. Her price is competitive and was $200 cheaper than the vet I had used for 9.5 years.

My daughter worked for them for a while and I got to know Kay personally and she is wonderful. Every time I had a dog sick here in Ft. Worth and they couldn't fix them and charged me an arm and leg, I would take them to Kay and she would fix them up. I will continue to use River North Small Animal Hospital.

They come to your home when it is time to put a pet to sleep instead of you having to take the pet to their office. The lady was marvelous. If you aren't a pet lover you wouldn't understand, but when you have to put a pet to sleep it's very nice to able to do it in your home so you can be with it.
